If I could give zero stars I would. First I ordered for delivery and when my food finally came, it was missing the bread sticks so the delivery boy apologized and told me he asked whoever got the food ready if everything was all there and was told the whole order is ready. He then began to tell me this happens to him all the time and that he always asks if the whole order is there. Apparently this store has issues with getting people their whole order for delivery. So I then call the store only to get the cs center and when I told the rep the store forgot part of my order, I then got transferred to the store. The boy answered the call and I said hey y’all forgot part of my order he then put me on hold and transferred me to the front. I then got hung up on. So I called back and got the run a round with cs. I ended up going to the store and this is where it gets interesting, I asked to speak with the manager on duty. A guy with dreadlocks comes up to the counter and asked what I wanted very rudely I told him I would like a refund for the part of my order y’all forgot he then proceeds to yell at me telling me I was being rude because I asked for the manager and asked for my money back all the while he was screaming at me not letting me even talk, explain or anything else and when I told him I am not being rude by saying thank you and just give me a refund as there was 2 other customers in the store while he was yelling at me trying to see if I would come out of character and get ugly just like him and when it wasn’t working he got even louder as I was just saying thank you and give me a refund. Very unprofessional and doesn’t have customer service skills and lacks management skills as well. I wish I would’ve gotten his name because he should be fired talking to and treating a customer like that all over due to they messed up and tried to blame the customer and didn’t think I would come up there. Read moreStaff is unprofessional and disrespectful. I placed an order through the app. The delivery was estimated for 34-44 minutes. I hadn't received a tracker text update, so after 38 minutes I called for the status of the order. They claimed it was on the way. Two minutes later I finally received the text alert that my order was on the way.
Fifteen minutes later I still hadn't received my order. It was nearly an hour since I'd first placed my order, so I called again. I was placed on hold for 4+ minutes and then the driver called me. I switched to talk to him and he claimed he was on my street. I went outside to try to help him find me since he was clearly having trouble. Then he finally admitted that he wasn't on my street. He then started explaining that they were backed up.
I told him I had guests and they weren't going to be able to wait any longer and asked for a refund. He said okay but then the store called me 4 minutes later to claim they don't give refunds so I could only get a credit.
I have no intention of ever ordering anything from Pizza Hut again, so I insisted on a refund.
Then the manager, Tabitha, gets on the phone and lied like the driver had been to my house twice. The driver had already admitted he hadn't, and I had guests at my house in my living room with me with the front door wide open, so we know he did not come once let alone twice. I also have cameras on my front porch that can prove he never even came down my street!
I explained that I have guests and cameras and Tabitha continued with her lie and was generally unprofessional and rude. When I told her I was reporting to corporate, she hung up in my face.
My order was only $30, yet this is their response. Rudeness, lying, and attempting to keep my money. A company that deserves to stay in business would've handled this entirely different. A simple and rude-free offer to refund was the absolute least they should've done, and they couldn't even manage that much. I will never order Pizza Hut again, from this loation or any...

I recently placed an order with Pizza Hut, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I encountered several issues that left me extremely disappointed and frustrated, making it impossible for me to recommend this particular Pizza Hut location.
First and foremost, the order was not ready by the time the app indicated it would be. I relied on the estimated preparation time provided by the app, but upon arrival, I found myself waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. It's incredibly frustrating to be misled and left waiting with no explanation or apology.
Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice the poor and dirty appearance of the employees. It's unacceptable for a restaurant, especially one of a reputable chain like Pizza Hut, to have employees who are unkempt and neglectful of basic hygiene standards. This lack of professionalism greatly impacted my overall dining experience.
To make matters worse, I encountered a terrifying situation outside the premises that Pizza Hut cannot directly control. There were two intoxicated individuals who approached me, almost demanding money. They blocked my entry to my truck, leaving me feeling scared and vulnerable. While I understand that this is not directly the responsibility of Pizza Hut, the lack of security or assistance from the staff only added to my discomfort and dissatisfaction.
Overall, my experience at this particular Pizza Hut location was nothing short of a disaster. The delay in order preparation, the poor appearance of the employees, and the distressing encounter with intoxicated individuals outside the premises left me extremely dissatisfied.
