Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Arlington

Jack in the Box has always been one of those late-night comfort stops for me, but this particular visit fell short in ways that make me question returning to this location. Our order was nothing out of the ordinary,just a couple of burgers and friesyet we were asked to pull forward and wait after paying at the window. What made it frustrating was the fact that nobody else was in the drive-thru line. It felt less about food prep and more about manipulating the timer to make service numbers look better. That kind of practice leaves a sour taste, because as a customer, you’re the one inconvenienced for the sake of metrics.

When the food finally arrived, the disappointment continued. The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, which used to be one of their signature items worth the occasional splurge, has noticeably shrunk over time. The portion size is smaller, but the price has crept upward, making the value feel off. The burger still had that familiar flavor, but it’s not the hearty sandwich it once was.

With plenty of burger options nearby, including other fast-food spots that keep portions consistent and service straightforward, this location doesn’t stack up. Jack in the Box can still hit the mark, but not here. Unless improvements are made in both service habits and food quality, I’d likely choose a different...

THIS IS THE MOST RUDE JACK IN THE BOX I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Its 6:10a.m., and I have been sitting at the drive through menu for 5 minutes now, nobody is answering... I drove up to the window and knocked on it at 6:15a.m. and the two or three people in there just ignored me. Drove back around and another person was in the drive thru lane also, just sitting at the menu, and I yelled to the guy that I had just knocked on the window and they aren't answering either, and that's when we BOTH saw a guy standing outside their door, filling a mop bucket. I tried to get the guys attention, asking him when they are going to open and the dude just ignored me then, also. The guy in the other car called out to him, that we have been waiting for over 5 minutes to put in our orders, and the worker ALSO ignored him as well and turned off the water and went back inside! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL behavior and the entire morning Staff there should be reprimanded for their HORRIBLE customer service, or lack there...

I think I am very generous giving a star I do not think they deserve unfortunately this is the closest place to my house despite the fact that on several occasions they were wrong in my order but I let it pass but on April 29 at night I passed by the drive-thru pay with my credit card which was not returned to me I did not remember until the next day in the morning I was still at home I got a message from my bank that there were suspicious purchases someone used my card on the same Jack in the box after used again at Qtrip then they went to Home Depot they tried to make a purchase of more than $ 280 dollars then they tried to use it again at Walmart with a purchase of more than $ 320 dollars and as I communicated immediately with the bank they blocked my card. and if a manager of this locar wants to have more details with pleasure I...
