I can't speak for singles, but for all other Pokémon products, prices were insane. Prismatic Evolutions, 151, Surging Sparks, etc. being charged 3X MSRP. I'm sure they buy up things in bulk on release days and resell for a ludicrous price. Sad to see what the hobby has come to.

Staff were dismisssive as well. Grabbed a pack from the shelf (price was not too crazy), brought it the counter to pay, the worker said "oh we don't sell these", grabbed it, and locked it away in a drawer. Why put out product if you're not selling it? Purchased some other items and selected the option on the screen to get a printed receipt. Worker said "you're good to go", I asked for the receipt since that's what I selected, he said "I can't give you the receipt, I already closed out"... ok, then what was the point of me selecting that option?

Despite this, I still wanted to purchase one more thing, as there was something I hadn't seen. Paid, before even selecting the option to print receipt, same worker tells me again "you're good to go". I was just here 60 seconds ago, do you not remember me trying and failing to get a receipt? Didn't even bother printing it out for me this time, or even asking if I wanted it. Pretty aggravating, think he just cared about making the sale and that's it. I've had other people I know report the same kind of behavior from staff here. Probably just the one guy, as another employee bought cards from my buddy for a fair price. He seemed much more attentive and didn't seem like he didn't want to be there, unlike the other worker.

Good selection of singles, and packs, boxes, etc., but prices on non-singles were ridiculous, and staff, at least one of them, were frustrating...

Went there today for the first time with my six year old kid. First of all, this place is amazing!! They have a ton of inventory from singles, to packs, to boxes, and memorabilia as well! Whether you're in the market for sports cards, pokemon, other gaming cards, this place has got it!

Puna and Oscar were extremely friendly, professional, and a wealth of knowledge! Just a couple great guys who are passionate about the hobby. My kid is just getting into the hobby and has draw interest to Pokemon, and I knew virtually nothing about Pokemon cards, I'm mostly into sports and star wars cards. Oscar and Puna gave us a great education on how/where to start. Bought him his first box, came home and opened a pack, and right off the bat he pulls a Charizard holofoil! My first and last time im going to visit the shop. Not even 8 minutes of me looking around an employee came in with 3 bags of pokemon cards and journey together etb's from target. They're the reason people like me especially kids can't get ahold of pokemon cards at target and other stores because of resellers. For the people that are thinking of going to this shop know that yall are supporting resellers.if yall buy stuff from resellers yall are the problem too. Yall are the reason we can't find anything at stores. I'm not going to support card stores like yours. FOR EXTRA INFO i clearly heard an employee asking the other employee (with the target bags) "which target did u went to?" Like if it was a huge win. I left cause i cant believe i saw this in person. I would see it online when trading card shops scalp cards from stores like target but never saw it...
