Lincoln Court Shopping Center — Local services in Arlington

I frequent this shopping center due to a restaurant and fitness center there that I use. It is impossible to use these facilities early mornings and late evenings due to the heavy, heavy invasion of black birds. These birds have been congregating here for several years now and nothing has been done. I do drive nice vehicles and I would like to keep them nice, so I do not appreciate coming out to my vehicle and observing approximately fifty black birds walking all over it and when I scare them off, my vehicle is covered in bird feces. This does not happen every so often, it's all the time and it is very frustrating and damaging to me and my property. I would think that the property owners would make some steps of getting this under control, as one drives by and sees this eye sore. I know there are services out there that do this type of work and I have never seen any steps taken to alleviate this huge problem. I have seen these companies do this type of work in the downtown Fort Worth and 7th St area, those areas are nice and they are kept nice, where as this here in S. Arlington is...

No frills grill is located here, which is a sports bar in local watering Hole where I can walk into during any night of the week, and see at least five people I went to high school with over 10 years ago at Martin High School in Arlington. Which definitely isn't always a bad thing sometimes you see people you haven't seen in a long time and it's great! Other times you see a girl like Kelsey Kretzinger that you always wanted to talk to but never had the b*lls too, but hey... It's never too late😉 then there's the times you run into your old party crowd right after you got out of the army and you all decide to go to Dallas and long story short you somehow get back in the morning and realize you spent a couple thousand bucks too many 😎👍. I believe they also have a LA Fitness here which as a personal trainer, I can't say I've ever been to this gym however I know many of my schoolmates attended this gym and still do. Small shopping center in arlington. No frills grill, qt, boston market, dollar tree and some other places. Plenty of parking with ability to almost always park close to where you're going and I've never seen the parking lot completely full. Always pretty clean and tidy, when i have driven through. All of the merchants that I've visited there have been clean and tidy. The merchants have also showed wondergul customer service. The parking lot also has numerous exits, which make it easy to leave, no matter what direction...
