Specifically stated my order to the waitress “Arri” twice to make sure she got it right. 4 eggs scrambled with cheese and onions. Not a hard order to take. Still screwed it up. I heard her call the order wrong to the cook and when she brought the food it was of course wrong. When I pointed out that it wasn’t correct she told me it was. Lol. Get this lady some glasses, hearing aids or brain cells. I refused to eat what she brought. I order the same thing every time I go there I know what it should look like. Eventually the manager came over and asked me if everything was good and I told her no. She offered to fix it for me but that ship sailed a long time ago. If you screwed up the first time after multiple tries explaining my order then that’s obviously your incompetence, lack of training or just not caring. I’m not dealing with it. Go back to training or just give up and get a job somewhere else where nothing matters. Ive been coming to this location for a few years now as it’s close to my home. It’s been about a month since I last visited and my how it’s changed. If they spent more time trying to get orders correct instead of running their mouths about non work related issues then maybe their service would improve. It’s more of a social gathering for the employees than it is a job for them which equates to poor customer service. After reading the recent reviews about this location it’s clear I’m not the only one. I’ll never go back to this location. There are plenty of other places that actually care about customer service and will work to correct what they mess without up without a manager getting involved and instead of lying to the customer about something so obvious. Read moreThe staff were very nice. That's about all I can say that's good. My friends really hyped it up, so I guess I set my expectations too high. We went in at around 10am. The place was a wreck. They looked like they'd just had a whole herd of the nastiest people leave. Everything was sticky. We had to wait by the door for them to wipe off a few tables, even though the seats, the booster seat, and the highchair were all gross. The menus seriously had 5 breakfast items on them that I can recall. Nothing for my picky children (not their faults necessarily, but I've seen better variety at fast food places). The cost was way more than I would have spent at IHOP or Dennys and the hashbrowns tasted off. Eggs, waffles, and bacon were ok, just not as great as my friends made it out to be. It was also very uncomfortable in there with no one but us wearing masks. I understand that people have different opinions, but if you don't want to risk your staff or loyal customers getting sick, there needs to be some sort of mask policy because that place is so small and crowded. Read moreIt took me 20 minutes to get service from the door to the seat today, April 6th, 2025. After exactly 1 hour, the server burned out on me and another customer at sitting at the bar. My order was not placed. For about 45 minutes, to go orders were being processed, but dine-in orders for customers were not delivered to the patrons. One of the servers smelled like pot and was dancing like he was at a nightclub. I have been going to this Waffle House for at least 30 years and have never been given service this bad at any other establishment. One gentleman waited 30 minutes for a to go order that was already cooked. None of the servers ever thought to ask him his name forbthe order. When Chuck was the Cook at this Waffle House, everything was great. It has really changed for the worse since Chuck left. Their needs to be some training done for that staff immediately and some serious drug testing.
