Please don't delete my review as certain health codes my have been violated. I got the hydro facial. Not knowing what it was prior but I accepted the treatment. I asked the esthetician if I would be receiving a regular facial before that machine she said yes. The regular facial was rushed. Very little was done in that portion as far as cleansing. When she put the bright light for the extractions she didn't give me anything to cover my eyes. I didn't think anything of it and allowed her to continue. When she used the wand for the microderm process she was stabbing my face with the wand. I didn't correct her bc I'm not the expert, she is. When she did the treatment for the hydrofacial it was the same process a bunch of stabbing motions. Than she placed a bright red light for some other treatment again this time with something to cover my eyes but it did nothing. My eyes don't feel right. I can't see clearly. I did speak to the owner she lowered the price from 149 to 99 which is great but my vision has been compromised. I know I'm not supposed to feel like this after a facial. Whatever I feel better...

My routine facial place ever since I tried it in October 2024. I just go every 2-3 months for signature facial and it does help with my hormonal breakouts/ texture/pores.
