First time I came here a couple years ago, I felt that the food was very oily. Now I know, all of you will say, "But it's Chinese food, of course it'd be greasy!" But no. It was REALLY greasy, and I remember the vegetables were really salty, and the meat was not flavorful enough. This last time however, it was MUCH better! Very pleased! The things that were fried weren't super greasy, but what was supposed to be crispy was crisp! Service was great, even when I was here the first time. Oh, and their Three-cup Chicken is REALLY good! Nice glaze on the outside but the inside was really soft! This time, we even got the dessert soup, which usually has a heavier wine flavor, which this place didn't have enough wine. Read moreNice restaurant in Cerritos. They have a large menu with different region specialities.
The restaurant is medium sized and clean. There are both large family tables and small tables. The restaurant has a good flow of customers so the food products are pretty fresh.
The staff is friendly. The food comes out pretty quickly after ordering at a steady pace. They forgot one of our dishes so we ended up not getting it.
The menu has selections from different regions so we weren’t sure what type to stick with. Some dishes we had tasted really good and others just weren’t quite what we had expected. Their portions are large so there is plenty to be had. We had the hot and sour soup, not pictured, which was super good!
All in all a good place and we will return and stick to one region for our...
Read moreWe have been coming here for years. The food is as authentic as it gets. We are typically the only non Asians in the restaurant but their English is great. I strongly recommend the Green Beans with Bean Curd, Orange Chicken, Beef and Broccoli and the Tomato Omelette. The prices are very reasonable but the lunch specials are insanely inexpensive. They have a lobster tank. Servers are very efficient and your food is brought out right after it’s prepared. You are brought a condiment caddy with Soy Sauce, Vinegar and Chili Paste. I love the chili paste. Lots of free parking in the lot. Bring an insulated bag and ice pack to keep the leftovers safe. You will definitely have leftovers. They have large tables with the Lazy Susan in the center. The menu is very diverse but these are...
