Shops At Ralston Creek — Local services in Arvada

Visited the Arvada Super Wal-Mart for the very first time as I just moved from Northglenn to Arvada this past weekend. This is not the place to visit if your immune system is compromised or you have a pre-existing condition - my lungs are a mess. I ordered groceries for pickup, which I have done at another Wal-Mart. When I completed the check-in is when I found out you have to go to the kiosk. Since I had not been to this store before I tried to call to find out where the kiosk was - five calls & five hang ups. Since I had already checked in and did not want to keep anyone waiting I parked and went in. There is one entrance and the kiosk is on the other end of the store - enter the doors and take a left turn. The customer service desk and kiosk are in the same area. You will need to wait for an associate to come and get your bags for you. You will then need to sign for them - touching bags, a stylus, and possibly the device used for signing.

Side note: I'm going to assume that incoming calls go to the customer service area. There were two associates in the customer service area when I got there; one was helping the only customer there. There were two of us waiting for groceries which are not handled by the customer service associates. I'm not sure why calls were not being answered.

For those needing to pick up groceries with minimal contact with others, the neighborhood Wal-Mart in Northglenn (107th & Washington) allows you to choose a pick up time; when you get there you let them know which pick-up spot you're parked in (via the check-in through their app) and they bring and load your groceries for you. Nicer Walmart, Santiagos, parking can be iffy and road construction getting here is really stupid. Typical road construction for the metro area.... shut down and tear up 2 miles of road and never work on it. Here's a thought... don't shut down enough road for a years worth of work at once, and don't shut it down or tear it up until you're ready to actually do some work. Its a nightmare trying to get to some of the homes and business...

This Walmart is not the largest, nor do they have the biggest selection thing that back up there still smaller store but it's a good location it's convenient for us they do have good stock on products, not a big selection of each product but they do have good stock, the employees are always friendly thank...
