I understand messing up an order, that’s part of business. But when the business demands something back from the customer, that’s not right. I ordered a burrito supreme combo and received three tacos. Okay that’s fine I came back and explained the mistake then the female manager demanded I give her back the tacos or she wouldn’t give me the food I originally ordered. First off, you’re going to throw the tacos away which is a massive waste, second of all it’s not the customer’s fault the order got messed up and the customer doesn’t owe the business anything, the business owes the customer! I’m a business man myself, if I mess up something for my client it’s my fault! They don’t owe me anything. they get to keep the work I’ve done and I have to fix it according to the original agreement, especially if they have the receipts. If I was the franchise owner of this location I’d have a serious talk with my managers on how to handle messed up orders. 3 stars because everyone else was very nice, including the new recruits whom I assume were responsible for the order getting messed up in the first place, they’re just learning. However the manager made us feel like we were in the wrong and was unwilling to help us fix the order. As if $2 of food is going to break...
Read moreWe had to drive over to this taco bell because the one at 64th and Ward was closed.
We ordered 4 Crunchwraps, 3 burrito supremes, and 1 taco. We took the order home and the first thing I heard from my 19 year old son is these are not Crunchwraps. He said that because they were so flat as in lacking food in the tortilla. My burrito Supremes were the smallest I have ever received from a taco bell. My 19 year old then opened his taco to find it was only about 1/2 filled. The three other kids never had a crunchwrap before so they didn't know the difference. No one ever believes these stories so I took photos. This was the most pathetic meal I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I took a photo of the receipt so the manager can deal with the employee that doesn't know how to make food. When I worked at taco bell 30+ years ago my burrito Supremes I made for customers were so awesome I barely could fold the tortilla. Tonight's burritos were about 80 to 90% tortilla.
I wish we had driven to 88th and Wadsworth instead.
What is pathetic is I asked for a handful of hot and a handful of medium sauce. That to me is about 10 packets of each sauce. I suspect we got 50 to 60 packets total. The photo of sauce is the extra sauce that 6 of...
Read moreI have been trying to get ahold of someone there for over the past 30-37 minutes. I went in ordered food specifically asked for a bean and cheese burrito with red sauce and sour cream. After my family member proceeded to order 3 bean and cheese burritos with green sauce and no onion (which they put in by the way and I will he receipt states no obion) Anyways the cashier then asks me after I add to the order 2 mini shredded chicken quesadillas. She asks is that one burrito with sour cream still with red sauce I said yes. So why is it I get home and I go through every burrito and can NOT find my bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and red sauce. And I do not like the buritbu otherwise without them because it tastes to me juat plain and no...
