Posting on my husbands account: Having been a waitress, a catering business owner, and a Certified Licensed Food Handler Manager I know what I am talking about... So pay attention!

My family wanted asian food and so because I had ordered takeout from here several times before and it had always been good so we chose here. When I first walked in I noticed an odd stench. I should have just walked out at that point, but we decided to sit down anyway.

When we first sat down we noticed the table was sticky. We asked the waitress about it and she told me it was because it had just been waxed. Waxed? Really? You wax your tables? Because with the two eyes in my head I can see the goo buildup on the table. There is no such thing as table wax especially for a public restaurant as that would be a health code violation where it would create a surface that could breed bacteria and collect other debris! Any chemical used on an eating surface would have to comply with food safety and there is no such product. They are just lying lazy people.

I ordered my food without onions and I got onions. Not surprising, this happens many places. Clearly the waitress DID write it down, but this was not a concern for the chef... Again another health code violation as if she was allergic it would have been a serious problem. Nobody can seem to get this one right. My child also ordered a soda and it was forgotten. So I was trying to flag down the waitress to let her know and I couldn't get her attention because she was too busy sitting and chatting. When I finally got the soda for my child the glass with ice that they delivered had a film on the bottom. And when I let her know about the onions her response was "did you tell me you didn't want onions" I responded that I had asked for no onions and that I even saw her writing when I said it otherwise I would have repeated it. So, instead of owning up to any of the places they went wrong they made things up and/or blamed me for not asking.

Now everyone has their off days, and I gave these people EVERY possible opportunity to actually correct their mistakes (if they genuinely were oversights) but these people weren't concerned about changing anything. So please do not think I am just some pissed off customer who had a bad day. They simply wanted to lie to me as if I am some idiot who believes every excuse they tell me. If they want a good review then need to get off their butts, stop chatting with each other, stop lying and making excuses, treat customers with respect, and clean your damned restaurant! Don't make BS excuses!

Seriously this restaurant will make someone sick. You don't have to believe me, walk in there yourself! Take one smell and then judge for yourself before you order. Do what I should have done and walk out. I would not...

My kids and I first time trying Chinese food here in Colorado since moving here. So we ordered a vegetable entree, wonton soup, and orange chicken. I was told I will get a fried or steam rice with the chicken and vegetables as well as an extra wonton soup that comes with the vegetables. I ordered at the drive thru and had to pull forward to wait on the order. I asked the lady since we were getting a free wonton soup with the vegetables if I should cancel the wonton entree. She said no because it was free and the wonton entree was bigger than the free order so I kept everything as it was. She asked me if it was okay if she combined the wonton sous together into a bigger container. I told her no thanks and explained that my daughter wants her wonton entree separate l. She said ok and went to swipe my card etc. The guy brought the food out 25 min later which was no biggie. I asked him for terriaki sauce and he said it would be extra and that he couldn't get any for me but next time I should order it with my order. I said ok fine have a great day and left thinking it was kind of odd. We got home and looked at everything and there was a small wonton soup so I knew that was the free one that came with the vegetables. The veggie entree was ok not the best flavor and my son absolutely refused to eat the orange chicken because it wasn't glazed it was orange liquid soup chicken in juice like watery. I called her and she said that they gave me 2 soups. I explained I only see one soup. Then she says that it's okay I should separate it into 2 soups. I told her after she suggested that the soups be combined I reminded her I didn't want them together. She said oh yeah I remember she said the guy who prepped them combined them. O said I'll come get the wonton entree because there no way that small soup was the entree. She stated for me to separate them at home because she gave me 4 wontons and each wonton soup has only 2 wontons inside them. I said no because my daughter has already started eating and that she doesn't do well with sharing her order like that. The lady toldtle to take it from her and separate it I told her I wasn't doing that so she told me to bring it back and she will separate the soup. 😳.. So now I realized she only gave me a card receipt not the one that breaks down the cost of items. So I'm on my way now to return it all we have lost our appetite also the food wasn't good quality. I'll update y'all on what happened...

Hey just wanted to come back as I posted this about 2 years ago, and I was going before then so I finally decided to write a review. Well I'm a regular now and I've been here so many times I couldn't count. The servers even knew my name I went that often. Yes it's good and they have a wide variety on their menu. I've had their shrimp spring rolls lo mein, drunken noodles sea food pho sesame chicken vermicelli noodle bowl and more and it's always been good there are times where it wasn't it's best which I feel depends on the chef that night because sometimes theres some variations where it won't taste the best so I think they have multiple chef's. sadly they have quite a few new servers so they dont know my name anymore but still good food. I do have one complaint though ordering take out pho from them doesn't seem to do to well but the rest as takeout tastes just as good as if you were in the restaurant so I personally think they get to keep the 5 stars but that's for you to decide. EDIT: also wanted to add I'm on the very very edge of their delivery where their website wont take an order but I call in and they still deliver to me I love this restaurant and hopefully it won't ever go out of business or change their recipes and if they do I hope they at least send me their combination vermicelli bowl and seafood pho recipe I love...

We are always looking for new places to visit, and we find this one. Nice place. We ordered the Pu Pu Platter, which included fried shrimp, egg rolls, teriykali beef sticks, cheese wontons, spare ribs, and chicken wings. The ribs and chicken wings were a little overcooked. For our entrees, we both ordered the combination Verimicelli Noodle Bowl. The bowls included verimicelli noodles with marinated beef, chicken, pork, and shrimp. It also included lettice, cucumber, and pickled carrots, and then you pour fish sauce over the noodles. It also came with an egg roll. It was very tasty, and there was so much food we had leftovers for the next night.

I used to go there every week. I was disappointed. I ordered my usual vegetarian noodles soup, my friend ordered meat noodles soup. They bring a smaller boul only one side of spise for 2, one ganish. It used to be a good place. The prices for higher and the quality went down. I requested parsley and sprouts for me, the server bring it not happy. (Even each soup Should come with it!) After she serve the food she bring the Bill and the luck's, which she took back with her. I just don't like it there anymore. The soup was more blank. Veggies very few, it used to be a good place. Just really disappointed. Nothing to go back again.

If your idea of pho broth tastes like sugared star anise water, this is the place to go. It was unnaturally sweet and there was no depth, fragrance, or even trace amounts of fat from a bone broth. I'm giving it an extra star because the lime, bean sprouts, basil and cilantro were surprisingly fresh and they used real chopsticks (albeit the tips of mine were cracked). The beef slices were the smallest, thinnest, and cheapest cuts of beef I've ever had. They used a cut made for stew, not something for "rare steak pho." At $13 a bowl I cannot justify ever returning here.
