@FiveGuys #Update I dislike giving bad reviews. But I decided to give Five Guys another chance and it made an already bad review worse. Sorry all y'all but this location is filled with incompetent employees. The guy at the register was not paying attention. I had to repeat myself several times. No fresh brewed iced tea. I ordered a bacon burger with everything no tomato, no mushrooms and no grilled onions. The receipt confirmed my order. After a lengthy wait I got a double burger with no bacon and everything on it including grilled onions and tomato and mushrooms. It was disgusting. I took off all the stuff I didn't want. The fries were soggy and greasy. So greasy they leaked through the paper cup which they are served in. I guess I'm never going to Five Guys again. I am unimpressed all around. This new location is completely awful and food quality is gross.
Old Review: This new location had 10+ staff members crammed in the back, all quite young, and they were loud and talkative and rowdy.
The burger was good and the patties were small but thick. I had a large portion of bun left once the meat was gone. The fries were tasty and plentiful. No fresh brewed ice tea as it is from the fountain drink area.
Peanuts are offered for while you wait and were a nice touch.
Overall, for the price (dinner for two) it wasn't worth it. It was expensive. The food seemed shabbily made. The atmosphere was definitely a turn off with the employees playing around so much and being loud.
There are plenty of other local burger places that are not chain stores that provide better food. I think the nolvety of this new location will wear off shortly.

Read moreA couple weeks ago we ordered some burgers and fries, my wife and i both have a dairy allergy so we made sure to select the regular bacon burger, when it got to us it had cheese all over it… so i called the store and told them and was refunded and reordered another time on uber eats , and the same thing happened again! After double checking the order on the app I made sure i didn’t make the mistake ….. Which I confirmed so i called again and had the order refunded again! but just ate the taxes and delivery fees because i wasn’t about to do it a third time …..so i just went hungry and frustrated that night
fast forward 2+ weeks optimistic that it was an isolated incident… no luck
again with the issues, i don’t know what is going on lately but man … this might be one of the last times we ordered just because the inconsistency and inconvenience…
this time we were just completely missing our fries that we ordered and both of our burgers were missing ingredients …
so yet again we made another order to get more fries, so more taxes more delivery fees...
Read moreI am a regular customer of five guys. The last one I went to before this one was a week ago in Wichita KS. Normally, I'd give a 5, but I had a bad experience this time. A.) They forgot some of my toppings, including the BBQ, and they put on toppings I asked to be removed. B.) They normally melt my cheese on my grilled veggies, and I got a cold slice. Plus, my grilled veggies were cold, so I don't think they actually grilled them. C.) We ordered 2 large fries, and normally, that means a bag of fries, so my cousin can just have fries. This time, we only got the two large cups with no extras. D.) I always do well done cause I don't like limp fries, and they didn't do them well done. E.) The employees obviously hate their jobs. The guy who took my order at least didn't sigh like the manager did. I could feel from all of them that they just hate being there. I've worked in fast food, and yeah, it's not the greatest... but I still didn't bring that to the front for customers to see
This was the WORST experience at a five guys and I will not return to...
