Stephanie has a very hospitable personality, and makes sure you find exactly what you are looking for, down to the finest detail.

She was able to help my vision of a custom designed ring come true from some rough sketches and photographs of the inspiration for each detail. The 3-D renderings were exactly what I was picturing in my head, and she was even able to tweak it to my liking.

She also got me the accent stones, and included them in the quoted price, so I didn't have to worry about stone shopping beyond the center diamond.

This process was quick, and in line with the time-frames other big jewelers quoted me, but Stephanie even managed to get me my ring nearly a month sooner than she originally quoted me.

They also work closely for the stone selection, using their own vendor sources. These are some of the same vendors that the big brand jewelers use, including the online titans, which you will be able to verify on your own by comparing the GIA sheets they provide.

Not only can they find the exact diamond you're looking for, you'll also be spared any mark-ups these other jewelers include. I can honestly say that Stephanie found me the perfect diamond that matched all of the category marks, for a good $2000 cheaper than what I could find on my own.

Stephanie is very open during this process, showing you the GIA sheets, similar diamonds, and samples that she has on-hand so you can see how it looks to the naked eye. She also has you come in for final approval of the diamond once its in their possession.

All of this was for a very affordable price. Truth be told, my final price was equal to what Mervis quoted me for just the band! Add in their high mark-ups on diamonds and I would have been looking at probably triple of my cost with AQ Jewelers.

Wow. I cannot speak highly enough of AQ Jewelers. My (now) fiancé and I visited AQ Jewelers because we read the great reviews and wanted to support a local business. However, we could never expect the quality of care that we received. Andrew and Stefanie are amazing - they are so incredibly kind, warm, helpful, and enthusiastic. They were extremely supportive the whole process, and even since we received the ring - they are still wanting to help us find vendors for our wedding (they don't benefit at all from this!) They have gone above and beyond on many occasions, and we end up staying a long time receiving such personal care and meaningful conversations.

Now to the ring, WOW. Stefanie designed the ring herself and let me say, it is stunning. I would say incredible!! The ring itself is beautiful, solid, sturdy, and oh so sparkly. They got us an amazing price, and were super flexible with the type of diamond and design i wanted. Never once have we felt like a customer or like they were just trying to sell sell sell. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and Stefanie is passionate about her designs (and she has been in this business since she was a little girl!) My girlfriend and I wanted to find the perfect engagement ring for her and we started looking around online. What we saw at places like BlueNile and Brilliant Earth were nice, but we wanted to see what we were getting in person.

We stopped in at AQ Jewelers and spoke to Stephanie, the owner and designer. Stephanie listened to what we wanted in a ring, what we didn't want and what our budget would allow for. She had ideas almost instantly and started describing different settings and styles. She even told us that she would design a custom ring for us! In a single 45 minute visit, we knew that this was the place to go, but we wanted to keep looking around. Stephanie understood and never pressured us to make a decision right then. She encouraged us to go out and look at other jewelers (and even Costco) so that we would be sure about what we wanted and that we were getting the best value.

After checking out a couple of other local jewelers recommended by friends, we went back to AQ Jewelers. After looking through some loose diamonds that Stephanie had in stock and discussing the specific setting that my girlfriend wanted, we placed the order for our perfect ring.
