Iāll have to give them two stars. At first when Iād come in with a guy friend, they were really wonderful. I bought an iPhone 7s plus from them and I started having camera problems from the start. They replaced my camera and everything was fine. But when l started having WiFi problems is when things went downhill. I would come in by myself and David would look for me but then heād send me home and say heād research it for me, and itās a good 30 min drive from where l live. Even that would have been fine had he called me back. I went down there again and he replaced the WiFi antenna which didnāt help, so he said heād research again and see about replacing my phone. Well yet again l didnāt hear back from him, even after calling three times and leaving messages. I know people get busy and Iām a patient person, but two months is a long time. It makes me feel like they donāt follow through with what they promise so l wonāt be going...

The first attempt didn't quite work as planned. While he was installing the new screen David cracked the screen. He was terribly sorry for the inconvenience and promptly placed an order for another screen. The second screen arrived and David installed it but there were some complications with the IR sensor which caused complications with making calls. I called and spoke to Preston to explain what I was experiencing and David called me back and again apologized for the trouble and ordered a replacement phone. I am now sporting a new Moto X Gen 2 that works like a charm. He even upgraded me from an 8GB to 16GB in the process. It may have taken a little patience but I am pleased with the end results and the commitment AMA made to making things right. Thank you David,...

I live 30 minutes away, so searched for cell phone repair in Asheville. After visiting 4 locations handling repairs, none had the part I needed, and 3 out of those 4 could use a lesson in customer service. Then I lucked out. AMA not only had the part, but the price I was charged was on the low side of all the quotes received from the other 4. And their customer service was top-notch! They took extra time to test the phone before I left. It's been a month and the phone is working perfectly. I have already recommended them to my circle of friends and family, and I won't hesitate to drive 30 min. to use them as my first and only choice...
