*DO NOT* go to FAST PHONE REPAIR KIOSK. They “repaired” my screen then after a week the screen went completely black and they “repaired” it again. This happened 3 times and only continued to go back because I was told that if it continues to happen they would honor their work and replace the screen again. The last time it ONLY “FIXED” FOR 2 DAYS before the screen started flickering white and black. Took the phone back yet again and was ACCUSED of dropping the phone and that it was my fault the screen isn’t working. Everything else about the phone was working, receiving calls, texts, connecting to Bluetooth in the car, playing music, it was just the screen that was flickering black and white so it was obviously a screen problem and not a phone problem. There was a different guy working this time when I arrived and he is the epitome of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Long story, (not so) short, please save yourself money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE.

Great experiences at the Asheville mall. I loved the age throwing and mini games around the mall. The sandwiches at the food court was amazing! Great flavor and texture.

After immersing myself in all the rave reviews, my expectations soared, perhaps a bit too high. Unfortunately, my visit left me feeling rather underwhelmed. The stores, though numerous, lacked that special spark that would elevate this mall to greatness. The food choices were merely average, failing to tantalize my taste buds or offer anything memorable. As for customer service, it felt almost nonexistent, like a ghostly presence in the background. Eager for a delightful experience, I arrived during a quieter time, hoping to enjoy a leisurely outing. However, in most stores I ventured into, I was met with silence; employees didn’t acknowledge my presence until a good 10 minutes had passed. This mall isn’t a destination I would recommend, nor would I urge anyone to make a special trip while in Asheville. At least I can say that the outdoor areas provided a picturesque backdrop, with lovely scenery to enjoy amidst my disappointment.

WARNING: DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED AT THE KEYOSK. The Asheville mall has some ok shops, and there recently have been a couple of really neat, different, style shops pop up. It is fairly clean, and kept up, but for as busy as it is, the parking, especially in front of B&N is always full. I will shop here again BUT, DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED AT THE KEYOSK. It's called Fast Phone Repair. I brought my iPhone 7plus in three weeks before Christmas to have the screen replaced for $150. They sent it off and told me it would be about two weeks because they had to make sure the "screen sickness" was not a problem. (Screen sickness is an iPhone defect that Apple won't pay for, google it). After three weeks I picked up my phone. They said it was good to go that they had tested it. I brought it back within 5 min, THE CAMERA DIDN'T WORK, they tinkered with it and got it to work temporarily, I left and brought it back again within 5 min. THE FINGER ID reader was not working, they said they would have to order one and that it would be another week, I then brought it back with in another 5 min, THE EARPIECE DIDN'T WORK, they couldn't get it to work, I also noticed SPOTS IN THE SCREEN. They refunded half of what I paid and told me that I initialed a waiver, this waiver was on a separate note paper that I didn't initial. They were unwilling to help me. I trusted them with my phone and THEY DESTROYED IT. and didn't apologize about it. I will probably never get reimbursed for my phone but I hope that someone cares to read this and it saves them the loss of their phone. The two stars are for the mall itself, they company they keep is a...

Its a mall but actually one that I like more than most. I get tired of walking through malls that are 99% clothes, an eclectic shop or two, gamestop, overpriced sports stores and cell phone vendors out the wazoo with some token man store. At least here a guy can go to the upper level of Sears, look at some tools and guy stuff, grab a suped up coffee from starbucks and look for a book in barnes and noble. parking and access aren't bad unless its Christmas season. If management wants a suggestion, get some better displays of cool guy stuff in strategic locations so while the ladies shop in a store that the guy isn't sitting out there looking like a zombie slave on some bench. (Update 10/10/2018) Well, Sears is gone so there isn't much of anything left for a man's world. I just tried to use the mall's website to leave a comment about a nasty bathroom and the submittal page does not function so it will leave the commentary here: "The restroom across from the larger nail salon (or the one down the hallway from Riser 7 of the sprinkler system) is nasty. I stinks, needs cleaned bad and the toilet seat is missing a nut. I wouldn't expect this in Asheville mall and I can assure you that the smell is not from missing one day of cleaning... it was nasty enough that I passed on using it and went elsewhere (On par with some old/small gas station bathrooms...yuk). Please let someone know.:

And aside from that, there are multiple lights out in the parking deck and the rear parking area looks like a mall that is going out of business. The upside is that the renovations inside look...

The Asheville Mall has always been known for 1 thing. They allow rowdy, loud, obnoxious teenagers run around in packs. They start fights with everyone , curse loudly and if you ask them to watch their language..... You may as well have smacked them in the mouth. They'll scream at you and curse you out. They have absolutely NO respect for others. Especially children in the mall that are taught respect and manners. I mean how sad is it that my 3 year old daughter, my 6 year old son, 12 year old son & 14 year old daughter had to hear 4 guys that were all a part of a group of 20 unsupervised preteens and teens, telling me to suck their 'D's' A mother should be able to take her kids to old navy without worrying about 'those kids'.... it's been like that since I was a kid. I hated going to the mall, because there were always groups trying to get you to fight them. It's terrible!!!! If anyone that actually has anything to do with The Asheville Mall is reading this.. You guys have lost, and will continue to lose patrons if you don't start making parents accompany their kids. Granted, sometimes the parents act just like them, or worse. But at least there's someone that can be held accountable.......
