Sleep Number — Hotel in Asheville

It was an absolute pleasure working with Catherine! She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m a12 Year SN bed owner and have developed relationships with all of the SN associates that have helped me through the years, both Catherine and Richard are no exception. I’m glad to have found more SN Family. I would like to add that, I have seen comments on here about other brands (I will not name but you know which those are) mostly about being cheaper but also just as comfortable. I just want to say, while that may be a true statement/opinion, I personally know that the other brands do not hold up to the sleep number quality. 2 of my beds were 12 years old and still going strong, no issues, no dips, no breakdown. The fact that you can clean pretty well every piece of it is priceless! I only made this purchase because I sold my household and moved across the country. To date my family had purchased a king size, 3 queen sized and a twin now for my teenager because our new space is small....

This was the biggest purchase we've ever made for our home and we were really excited for it. The sales people at the store were so nice and accommodating. But unfortunately, when our bed showed up, it didn't fit in either of our bed frames despite both of the bed frames meeting the specifications we were given and that are listed on the website. After being passed around to a bunch of customer service people, one of them literally made me cry when he mockingly told me that I was irresponsible for not reading the fine print that states that the base of the mattress could be 3 inches larger than the listed specifications. They will not allow a return even though we hadn't slept in the bed and they had delivered that day. Unfortunately, the bed is now a terrible eyesore. I feel we got scammed and it felt like they are aware of the problem, just don't care to fix it or acknowledge their fault. Spend your mattress...

Maria, Leif, and Dallas were awesome! They are a team who work very well together, which meant everything to me. I went Sleep Number to purchase two ergonomic pillows. Maria showed a pillow, asked me to lay on the bed to try it out. I did. What she had me realize was my comfort was coming not only from the pillow but the mattress as well. I could not move. That is how comfortable I was lying on the mattress. She did suggest I try other beds and I did. Maria did this without pressuring me to purchase a bed. She simply noticed how comfortable I looked and answered my questions. I purchased both a bed and pillow. I did not expect to purchase a bed. I did not expect excellent customer service from THREE individuals, at the same time, at the same place. An awesome experience.
