Petco Grooming — Local services in Asheville

The grooming itself is not bad, however don’t book an early morning appointment as the groomers tend to struggle with making sure they check their own books the day before and can leave you waiting 20-30 mins past your original appointment time due to the simply fact that they lack punctuality. The groomer wanted to be condescending and act like I couldn’t tell the time when she arrived at 9:35 when my appointment to drop my dog off was at 9:15 and made it seem as though she was doing me a favor by squeezing me in. Rather than being smart myself and letting her know I watched her arrive late nonetheless with her own dog that I assume she bought to groom herself as she then stated on the phone she had a few other dogs in the salon already (it was just her dog there at that moment). So moral of the story if you want a grooming place that cannot seem to get it right and be on time but still does decent at their job...

I really wish petco wouldn't act like it's impossible to keep bettas and not cause them to be dead, half dead, and super depressed! You shouldn't have to buy a fish to have to take it home and revive it...Pet Supermarket takes pride in their bettas and fish all were in glass bowls with marimo moss and very clean water. all the fish at pet supermarket were also alert, and very minimal fin rot spotted on just a few, as petco all the fish have untreated fin rot. Also when comparing prices petco is just so overpriced, I've supported petco along time, but...

Kim and her staff did a wonderful job with my older, double-coated dog and their time spent making him look like a handsome gentleman really showed. They were professional, thorough and considerate during the entire process and I feel confident taking him back on a regular basis strictly because of his treatment and care. I appreciate this staff and location very much and hope they receive the acknowledgment...
