This location is 50/50 honestly. Half the time they are perfect and polite and quick. But then there are days that I get someone rude or that doesn't make my drink right (when it's super simple). Also sometimes get told they don't carry my drink anymore when they clearly do. Pointed that out the other day and it was like they were disappointed I knew they had it. Like... Seriously? I go to this one and the Weaverville one all the time, at least 2-3 times a week and they NEVER stop serving my drink. They may be out for the day, but they never have it "out of season". So someone is told to lie about it because they don't want to have to make it. Anyways... My last visit, they made it wrong and I came back inside and apologized profusely for not liking it and said that it wasn't right. They then proceeded to slightly argue with me saying that they watched the other person make it and it was indeed correct. But quite honestly I didn't want to have to deal with a gross drink so I apologized again and asked them to remake it. So they remade it and I apologized yet again and told them I normally never am picky, but I just wanted it made correctly for once. But when I got out to my car, it was yet again made incorrectly. But I just gave up this time. I almost never go back to get something corrected unless it is 100% gross, so I feel really bad asking them to fix it. But I still got attitude asking them to fix it even though I apologized a lot for asking that of them. I understand things are stressful these days, I really do. But as someone working with customers, you could at least pretend to be kind. Especially when an order is not correct. I'm going to avoid this location for a while though and just go to Weaverville instead. Hopefully things will get better and their...
Read moreToday, I decided to give it one more try at this specific Starbucks in the Ingles on Merriman Avenue. A consistently very rude young woman with long dark hair works there on Thursday mornings, the only day and timeframe I have gone there, which is a total of five times in the past year. I was in the neighborhood today and wanted a Starbucks coffee, and I’d hoped she wasn’t there, but she was, behind the new smiling pleasant face of a coworker. She’s hateful. This time, she purposely overfilled my iced coffee so that it spilled all over the top of the lid and didn’t try to clean it up. I asked her where a napkin might be and she wouldn’t answer. I could go on and on about past rude behavior. I’m going to report her to the manager and I will go in the store on a Thursday morning to make sure the manager knows who she is and how rude she is. I am tired of people, such as this, that are getting away with their rude behavior.
I will stick to the Starbucks on Hendersonville Road in Asheville. No matter who the staff is, they are always...
Read moreSick (literally) of getting again milk instead of oat milk. Some of us get SICK from dairy and this needs to be taken seriously. Idk if they’re doing it on purpose but either way it is not ok to have a nondairy drink, no cream, oat milk only, and then somehow end up with dairy and an upset stomach. (If it is not dairy then something is expired or terribly wrong with their ingredients. Only place that has twice left me sick. Will...
