My dog always comes out comfortable which is a big deal since she is 14 years old the first time I came here I was really impressed with the job the second time I realized they missed a lot of spots on her and it was just a bath I used to be a dog groomer, so I know what to look for and expect. the one thing I will say that was consistent from the first time and the second time was a cool coat means that the dog was not dried fully before I was notified to come pick her up. I ended up grooming my dog myself to get rid of the undercoat, the normal amount expected to be extracted from a bath and drying. Not an extensive undercoat removal which she did not need. I'm hoping that next time will be more consistent to the quality of the first time I had brought her in, (besides not a full drying,) otherwise I'll find another place or groom her myself but isn't exactly practical in my living situation. I shouldn't find obvious parts of undercoat sticking out and loose from the skin especially from a dog that is medium coat not heavy at all. But like I said the first time I brought my dog here I was happy-enough with the results. The future will tell. And just to reiterate it was just a bathe and brush job l. My poor dog and I were turned away today! We had an appointment at 8 but was caught in traffic, there was a car accident which caused traffic plus the 8am traffic. I called at 8 to tell them that I was on way arrived at 8:15. They refused to take my dog in after only being 15 min late! No Grace time at all and you know they aren’t starting on my dog first they just shuffled another dog in his place he could have taken the next slot! After practically begging her to take him she refused over and over! So unprofessional!! I will never take him here again and you shouldn’t either! They hide behind that fake southern ‘nice’ but trust me they are rude! Plus a couple times I had to send my dog back bc his hair was choppy and so uneven a 5 year old could have done better!
