Don and Holly and their staff really make the place our favorite. We live local and have been renovating our house since we moved here 6 years ago. That means trip after trip for the odds and ends we need. We are here so often that they know us and our kiddo by name and she gives hugs when we leave. I am so thankful for all the help they have given each time we need a quick tool, part, fix, etc. When hubby was out of town and our lawn mower broke, they got it back up and running the next day for me. I bought my Stihl battery mower from Bryan’s. It was a model that was not available many places but the manager found what I wanted at another store and brought it back for me. About 3 months after buying the mower the battery charger just stopped working. The store replaced it with no questions asked. Costomer service was terrible. They had no knowledge of the store or what underground irrigation supplies were. They told me i should have asked for sprinkler parts....lol. Then, they wanted to charge me $1 a foot for irrigation pipe. The stuff is less than $ .20 a foot anywhere else. Maybe because i was wearing a mask they where intimidated, i was the only one wearing...
