They had my watch for nine months to provide me with a longer band. They are incredibly kind in person. They are horrible at proactive communication. Had to stop in multiple times to ask on progress and was told they are close to getting something. Finally called the bluff and picked up my watch. Was told they couldn’t find a band at 24mm and length of long. Took it home and found multiple bands in 30 seconds by doing a google search. Would have paid good money for a 16 dollar band and given this store.a good review. Shame that they lost the opportunity to gain a returning client. Best of luck...

Blackwell's Fine supply is a first rate shop. It may be small, but the spaces are filled with beautiful and first rate items! I stopped in for some help with a pocket watch and a few other items.

As it turns out, Denise was amazing and a wealth of knowledge. I ask a lot of questions, and she was fully engaged throughout my time with her. I left feeling like a valued customer and with some new found knowledge (not to mention another pocket watch).

If I could give Blackwell's more than 5 stars I would. I live almost an hour away and will gladly make the drive if I find myself in need of Denise's...
