Pulled up at 657 and watch the help run to turn off the open sign and lock the front door then peek at ys as we walked back to our car. We have enjoyed coffee there many times but this takes the cake and we won't be back. We tip we'll and just wanted some coffee for the ride home. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Well if your parking lot is dimly lit that s not my problem and I didn't see any no parking signs. That's the most ridiculous excuse I could have imagined . If my wife and I looked threatening the way we were walking across the parking lot then heaven help us all we just worked all day and wanted some coffee for the drive home...threatening hardly. Nice to know your quick to make judgements about your customers while in your dimly lit lot walking to the door. I can assure you it was your employees not wanting to serve coffee at just before closing. Your response is sad and I hope you treat other repeat customers with a little respect and dignity unlike we were treated on our probably 20th...

We come through the drive thru almost everyday for coffee. Usually the service is great, but today 7/12/25, we came through and a different girl with darker hair that we havnt seen there yet before was the 1 who handed out the drink at 11:29ish this am. When asked if we'd like cream, she acted like it was an inconvenience to add cream. She then hands out the drink with attitude, and coffee dripping all over my leather interior. Hopefully it isnt going to stain. Everybody else we've ever dealt with there were great, coffee is good but this girl needs retrained or get a different job to where she doesnt need to deal...

I usually have no complaints with The Beanery, we like to treat ourselves on the weekends by getting hot lattes but the last few time we have gone there is no flavor in them it's just hot steamed milk cant even taste any expresso. One of the mornings I took the drinks to get remade and they still didn't taste good, no flavor. This is too expensive to be just thrown down the drain as we tip them as well.
