Shortly after I found out I needed a different and a specific phone to pair to a medical device that I required to help track my blood sugars for the safety of myself and my unborn daughter. During the past few months Marissa had worked with me trying to find the correct phone and application I needed at an affordable price! We were finally able to find one! And when I question them about certain aspects of my plan it was misrepresented. This was the final straw. Until I met Michael. I have never had a boost employee take care of something so quickly and effortlessly. He was able to put us into a plan that fit our needs. He told me boost is working on their customer service. The 11 is not 5g) but she assured me that setting me up with the 11 as a ānew customerā would get me a great deal. However thatās exactly what screwed me over. Iām now stuck with a $58 bill on a plan I cannot switch from, unless I cancel and open a whole new account. She also did not tell me what my plan would be and how much, she also assured me that she would change my plan BEFORE I got billed, the original $88 that was on my account.
