Tonight (6/02) I had the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a business.

Prior to coming in, I went online (google) and on Facebook to check the hours which stated they closed at 10pm and offered cosmic bowing from 6-10. (Which apparently didn’t exist on this particular Saturday night) I walked in at 8:07 with my group of 3 and was greeted by a rude employee stating that due to no one being there they were closing early at 9, so it may not be worth our time to stay. I thought this was weird due to the fact that there were close to 30 bowlers there. After the employee rushed us thru the check in process he joined his group of friends which made up about 15 of the 30 bowlers a couple lanes down.

After finishing up around 9 I went to pay for our group. I noticed on the counter, and on the monitor next to our lane, there was an ad that stated “Cosmic Bowling! Saturday from 6-10pm. Rent a lane for only $30 for up to 6 Players for 2 hours!” He stated that our total was $45.xx. I questioned the price by explaining that there is an ad that says that groups can bowl for 2 hours for only $30. He replied by saying “well, you didn’t stay the full 2 hours so I can’t give you the deal!” And I should “take it up with the owner because she told me to close early.” I explained that I would have gladly stayed for the full 2 hours but you decided to close early.

This is an attempt for the owner to make it right. If you care about your business, honor your specials. I understand that running businesses are extremely challenging, but you cannot leave your business in the hands of someone who is extremely incapable...

Worst birthday party ever. I planned my party at six... at arrival 5:45ish two young boys played you handle it, it’s your problem they joked back and forth. They said we’d have to wait until the last party cleaned up.... we waited in the arcade area. It was 6:10 our guests had already started to arrive. They finally started to clean the lanes we were supposed to be at (not sure why we couldn’t use other open lanes) got our shoes and started to bowl. Our pizza that we ordered with the contracted pizzaria was supposed to arrive at 6:30 and we were supposed to have beverages with our party package. Our pizza didn’t arrive until 7:30 and the lady working the stand acted like she had no clue what beverages were included I stood in line for 15 minutes for pop!!! After eating pizza, doing cake, and opening presents in 30 minutes we were told they needed the lanes.... because I only scheduled for an hour long birthday party. I would NEVER schedule a birthday party for an hour not to mention EVERY thing was late so to tell us we had to leave was pretty ridiculous. I’ll NEVER go there or recommend a birthday party there. An adult should be there at all times 16/17 year olds should not be running this place!!! Not to mention the girls hanging at the counter with these boys dropping the F bomb and vaping in front the children?!!! People smoking weed in the bathroom!!!! This is not a family...

Dishonest staff. Charge you for stuff you didn't order. Ordered 3 pizzas (you are ONLY allowed to order pizzas from one place and THEY have to order it for you. Tried to charge us for 4. $95 for 4 pizzas. They also charge you $20 to $30 extra on top of everything if you tell them it is a birthday party. Ask me sometime and I'll tell you the details. It wasn't pretty. 7 people, 2 games. $4.50 a game per person. 2 games should be $9. 7x9 is $63. They finally backed off trying to charge us for 4 pizzas when my wife showed them the paper she had given them to order from. Still charged her $77. $63 plus $77 is $140. My son in law went up to the counter to settle up and they hand him a bill for $177. When I questioned it, the manager lied and told me it was because my wife said when she came in that it was a birthday party. Nope. I went to get her. She came over and told him no way that she said that when we walked in off the street. He relented and handed her $20 back. If you do the math it should have been $30. How many people have they...
