Gave them a Whole Year! This time the Food and Service were horrible. Sat in drive-thru for 20+ mins, which was no big deal. At least the food could have been fresh. But no such luck. Went inside and asked for fresh food because after all, I drove 25 mins to get there and waited another 20+. Silly me, Kendra proceeds to tell me the food felt warm enough to her. I guess it was her food and money and time. Waited another 15 mins to get.. lukewarm food. Yes a total of upwards of 1.5 hrs for horrible service. Kendra and Isabella should never be in customer service with their terrible attitudes. II have never received this service at any other DQ! Do Better!!!
I must say I drove 25 mins just to get to this DQ location and was very very disappointed. I love DQ because up until visiting this location in Ashland, OH my food has always been served fresh and with a smile. I ordered the chicken tender basket, did not receive my toast and my food was old and nasty. The fries were cold and soggy. Read moreWe were there on Wednesday 6/15 around 7pm that was the most unpleasant visit I have ever seen.. the worker that took our order rolled her eyes I don't know how many times and even gave us free stuff cause she didn't feel like ringing it up and she even said here just take it I don't even care. Then as we got our blizzard. Which they were made wrong but we ate them anyway cause we didn't want no more part in there attitude.We watched them close at 8pm and about 25 cars pulled in and was sadly disappointed to see the doors were locked we sat in our car and counted all the upset kids which the sign does say 9pm. Here it's 7:30 and they locked the doors I would like to know what kinda manager runs a joke like that they were not talking customer friendly let's just say.several customers were complaining to each other. Read moreThis has got to be the slowest fast food store I have ever seen. How they are still in business I will never know. We walked in to order Cary out of 2 flurries, just 2 items- 38 minutes to get our flurries AFTER we ordered. Yes, you read that correctly, 38 minutes. We could have gone to another city, picked up the order and been back before they were ready hear. What an absolute joke. 8 people behind the counter and nobody doing anything. I absolutely do not recommend this location to anyone. I do recommend the store manager should find a job at a local book store or maybe a grass growing farm where slow is the norm and the need for speed is not required!
