Don't know what's going on here... Has always been accurate and good quality.

Thinking there's an issue..... or I just drew the 'short-straw'

Tonite an order that was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes had not been STARTED when I arrived 30 minutes later... so another 30 minute wait.

Then was handed the order and I had to remind them that I had not yet paid!

Upon getting home we found incorrect (missing) toppings. Tasted good as far as it goes....

Disappointing.

Figured after all this time I would try again...

Order was supposed to be done in 30 minutes... I arrived 35 minutes later to find that once again the pizza had not even been made yet!

Ironically I wasn't informed of this until after I had paid... To which I probably demanded my money back!

This time it was impossible to claim that they were too busy... because there were no other orders up nor were there any other customers present or arrive before I left!

Got to say... Little Caesars was half the price for half again as much food and was on time!

I guess I learned my lesson finally... I will not...

NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION Super disappointed, we ordered a 14" 2 topping pizza ONLY bc it was 10.99 on Google and after charging me 12.99 and messing up the pizza by putting meat on it and asking if that's ok after saying that l wouldn't mind but the person I'm sharing with doesn't eat meat and also the same thing with salad we ordere(4.99 was charged 6.99) they charged a couple more dollars than l seen and ordered also charged me extra with my wings (unbearable to eat) ordered it bc goggle said 3.49 l was charged 5.49 also and talking with the employee he said hell give me 20% which never happed and we called 40mins before arriving and had to wait an extra 30mins at the shop only had one other guy waiting for his call in order too (l was told l could get 20% off my next order but will never order from here ever again) while waiting we asked for a drink and was told l could get ever l want and would charged after we get our food after l paid and was told l could get 20% my next purchase but not...

So ordered 2 - 2 topping Lg pizzas and picked them up with a 2 liter 30 min later as told by them. Got them home and my family started eating first pizza and the grease was pouring off this thing! It was the most disgusting pizza we had ever eaten! The crust was burnt and the heartburn that followed ruined our night. Our kids normally love pizza and we never even made it past the first one which for our family is almost unheard of! We have had Besta Fasta in columbus ohio many times it was always pretty good. The to girls at the pizza shop were decent but the food quality was awful would not recommend at all. We will be going to Donna D's from now on it may be pricier but u get...
