I go to the gas station regularly. The women at this store are beyond amazing. So this review is not for them or a direct reflection of the store. I am a regular and I will continue to use this gas station because of the women who work there. They always greet you with a smile ! This review is for the newer male who started working there. I believe his name is Brent or it begins with the letter b. He is a taller guy bigger guy. Wish I could remember his name exactly. How ever my point of this review is how incredibly unprofessional and rude he is. I don’t think I have ever had someone in customer service be so rude and confrontational. Slamming stuff around and being extremely vulgar. I have never been so disrespected in a public setting, this has been on multiple occasions. Every time I go to this store and he is working, it’s so bad that now when I pull in and see him working I go else where. Not only has he been rude to me but other people who are also in line who have been in front of Me. He is extremely angry for no reason. When you walk to the window he is extremely upset to even have to grab you something and do his job. He is def not the type of person who should be working in a public service setting. Being kind goes a long way. Being sour and disrespectful plus rude and out right hateful gets you no where in life. Hope this guy leaves his misery at home and stops bringing it to work. Will be definitely call management...

When I was a youngster I went to this location. I was 18yrs old. I was picking up cough medicine for my sick nieces and nephew. Because of the judgmental individuals that judge a book by its cover (I had earrings and dyed hair) they called the cops on me because they thought that I was buying cough medicine to cook meth. I have never done drugs in my life!! I was planning to join the military soon after which I did. I look back on this and think what a bunch of clowns that would call the cops on someone because I don't look the way they want me to. I have been so upset about this for so many years I thought I would just write this review. I am now a SSgt in the Air Force and am happy to say even now I wouldn't step foot in this crappy run organization if it were the last place with food on earth. I would rather put in the work and grow my own. I was escorted out of the store by the cops that were cussing at me and accusing me of cooking meth or buying medicine for someone else. Thanks Giant Eagle for running such a place. I was told by the store manager that I was not welcome back. FOR WHAT!!!! Well if I went back now i'm sure that they would not have a problem with me. Stupid People in power this is what we get. Awesome great work keep it up I would love to see you go out of business. Ok I feel better now 10 years later. If only I knew then...

I just went in to use the coinstar to cash in my change jar at 8:30pm. The store is open until 9pm after I was finished using the machine I took the voucher to the customer service counter. There was nobody at the counter aanager or a cashier I'm not sure which opened the office door and said we can't cash that in tonight we already shut the register down I asked why she didn't say so before I put the change into the machine ? She responded well I didn't know you were using it. Then how did you know I needed to cash in the voucher!? Not only that there were multiple cashier's at the checkout with no customers who could have said something or how bout shut the machine off or if you are supposed to be open till 9 stay open till 9! Then after telling the woman that it was the gas money I needed for work the following day she replied with not my problem! Thanks lady appreciate it I will just call off and miss out on a days pay. Not only that but the voucher is only redeemable the day...
