12-24-20 around 3:30pm. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese but yet there were only two and a half pieces of pepperoni on each slice which is only the standard amount of pepperoni instead of the amount you should get for extra pepperoni. This is the second time I've been jipped on paying extra for extra pepperoni. Also this establishment is not following covid safety practices mandated by the health department. The guy cooking the food was walking around with his mask pulled way down below his nose, and the cashier lady wasn't wearing a mask at all it wasn't even around her neck. its as though she came to work and forgot her mask all together. She then started pestering me for a tip just because I ordered take out food that I picked up myself there. This place has no sit-down dining and eating so why should I be obligated for a tip when she's running around with no mask on and neither is the cook? This establishment needs reported to the health department and I will never eat there again. If I was doing this review 3 months ago, it would be 5 start. BUT everything has changed. Do not use their app to order. Minimum 2 hour wait for your pizza, even on a Monday. All food will be WRONG and COLD. This was our favorite place to order food. But now, after giving them 3 chances to change my mind, that they failed miserably, I have officially given up ordering from them. I was literally a once a week minimum customer. I either stopped to pick up or ordered delivery at least once every week, simply because the customer service was wonderful, the food was always hot, and the order was always made or delivered in a timely manner. But something has changed in the past 2/3 months. Every time I order, my food is cold or they forget things. Great food, owner is incredibly sufficient and dedicated to his store, service needs improvement and preparation seems needed as they cook your food fresh every time, they just don't seem to make anything until I get there to pick up my food, as I get told my orders coming right now when I stand in the crowded lobby area for a few like 20 minutes. Pizza and subs don't take that long if you stop screaming throughout the store and make the food, put it in the warmer, next.... If I come to pick up my food before the time I get told to come I expect to wait. If I don't come get it I pay with a credit card so I screw myself and looks like you're having dinner on me., Just a suggestion it's not a problem to be a little courteous to the fact we're all just trying to get food home for our family or just ourselves.
