Absolutely terrible service. Wanted to use the app and when I asked was rudely told I need to order and go to the window and hand them my phone?! They wanted me to give them my cell phone and I Absolutely refused and asked if I could use the code under the QR and then she just went silent and that was it so I said nevermind and left! Spoke with a family member and she said she did same thing and went to hold it up to scan and the employee took it from her hands and shut the window "which is tinted" and did whatever! You want us to hand over our phones with private information and Financials so you can walk away with it and shut the window so we cant see what your doing with it!!! Screw that that's invasion/threat to privacy and financial as well as aren't we in COVID TIMES and now you want us to hand over our devices after you have dealt with the public all day.

Went through drive-thru ordered our food. Got to the window paid and got wrong drinks. Erin gave us a raspberry tea and a Diet Pepsi, we ordered a regular Pepsi and a Diet Pepsi. When said something about it Erin said oh I thought you said tea and diet. We got a number 3 with everything on it and number 4 with no raspberry chipotle sauce and ni mushrooms. When we got our food after 20 minutes in drive-thru we got the right sandwich but made wrong, it had no mushrooms but extra sauce. When said something about it she said I thought you said extra and not no. I worked fast food and I was trained to repeat the ordered back to the person to make sure the order was right and if the customer said something and I thought they said something different repeat it back to make sure you...

Normally love this Mr. Hero more than the 1 on State Rd. Because they generally have better service and dont make you wait as long but today was a whole different story waited almost a half hr and it's not like they were busy there was no one inside and only 3 cars total in the drive thru ordered the meal but bc we said we didnt want the drinks because every type of the drinks they have taste gross they only gave us the sandwiches and not our wafer fries but gave us the cheese for them also my sandwich bread was soggy and it was like warm still taste good just not good quality today and service was below average other wise I would...
