Please DO NOT trust them with your jewelry! If I could give zero stars, I would! I took two ankle bracelets there to both be shortened. They were a valuable gift purchased in India from a friend. Obviously, I wanted them both to be the same length and that is also what the saleswoman wrote on the order slip. When I went the first time to pick them up, one was A LOT shorter than the other and would not fit my ankle. So, the saleswoman said she would have them add a piece back in to make it the same length as the other one. When I went back to get them, they did not add a piece back, but instead added multiple loops to the clasp to make up the length. It looks absolutely ridiculous because all you can see is this long string of loops! When I said this is not what was to be done, the two jewelers (a man and a woman) both became extremely belligerent and were yelling at me and the saleswoman that they could not add it back because it would "freeze up" the bracelet (this makes no sense at all!) and screamed "that's it, there's nothing else!". They are both the most miserable, nastiest business people I have ever dealt with. I was very upset and told them that they ruined a beautiful piece of jewelry. If they cannot even make a simple size adjustment to a bracelet, they should definitely should not be in the jewelry business! They did not charge me but this was little consolation for ruining my jewelry and a meaningful gift. The only good thing I can say is that the two saleswomen I encountered (both named Lisa) were very nice, friendly and professional. -...

I have been waiting for awhile to write a good review for this small business! I wanted to post this with the pictures! I could not be any more happier with the stunning rings and excellent services. Bill and Lisa walked me through the Diamond sales process and guided me in the right direction. Never once did I feel uncomfortable and knew I can trust them. They did not pressure me on anything! The service and repair work is also phenomenal! Bill is truly an artist with the work he does and I’m amazed at what he is able to do. My wife loves her rings and yes they made her cry for hours. Men if you need a ring for your girl please go here. Don’t waste your time with box store sales junk. Give Bill a visit and see for yourself the wonderful diamond rings and jewelry he has to offer. The great thing is that he can customize your ring! You do not have to buy what you see on the shelves! You can switch the diamond and or mount. He is very flexible. I had 2 different rings worked on at Dyer's jewelers. One was a pinky ring with a large ruby that had imperfections I wanted polished out and the 2nd was a ring that was missing one of several Garnets.. The price the owner quoted to polish the ruby and replace the Garnett was very fair and the staff was great. Not only was everyone friendly and engaging they where also very knowledgeable.. When I returned to pick the finished rings up I was blown away at what a great job they did..The ring missing a Garnett looked exactly as I remembered it...They matched the stone size/color perfectly and the Ruby needing polished looked phenomenal. I highly recommend this Jeweler based on the quality of their work , fair pricing and excellent staff...This is the place to go
