Excellent service. My 10-year-old Dell computer would not boot so I brought it to CrafTech in Aston to see if they could find the source of the problem and fix it. Azariel contacted me that day and was extremely knowledgeable, explaining that the motherboard and video card were not working properly and would need to be replaced. He suggested that it would not be worth it to just replace those components in the computer given it's age. I was looking to build a new computer and Azariel suggested some specifications that would meet my needs and built the computer for me in a couple days. Service and staff are great! Love that they tell me about problems with my computer, before I am even aware that I have a problem! They log into my system, correct the problem and get me back to work quickly. Also love the updates about new viruses out in cyberworld, and that I can have them check a suspicious email, before opening. I am confident they are on top of the latest cyber dangers to keep my computer running at its best. I highly recommend Craf Tech for their expertise, professionalism, patience, and kindness. My cell phone had major issues that I could not figure out.
