First, Sal and Sean have been very helpful and the only reason ATT is getting a star. However, there is nothing they can do sadly because my issue is with the District Manager Alexis that has yet to return any of my messages I have left with his staff. In May my husband and I signed up for a business Elite plan on "special" that involved us getting a $250 in store credit. So, we picked out a pair of wireless headphones each ONLY because we were told it was a credit. We would have never purchased these if not. Alexis made a mistake in our plan and we were charged overages of data. We were refunded for the overage charges however we are still paying a monthly charge for our accessories that we were told were a credit! I have been to the Paso Robles store, I have been to the Atascadero store and I was told that he is the only one that can make this right. In fact, when I was in the Atascadero store there was a woman in front of me also complaining about him. Sal said that he would call Alexis and see the status of my situation because Alexis is the only person that can resolve this issue and put us back on the Elite business plan special that came with the $250 credit. After the data overage charges and charging us for accessories we were told by him were a credit I would think that Alexis could finally respond to me or the his employees that are trying to help me. It is very sad that he has his employees dealing with his mistakes for him. All I ask is for him to respond to me and see how we can figure this out once and for all since we have been dealing with this since...

He informed me that he was a new hire.Also, that he was the only one in thr store that day. We chatted a bit, he went over picked out the cord. I purchased it. When I got home I attemted to connect the cord to my phone. It was not the right one. I went back to the store, it was very crowed. I decided that I would retun the next day. Remembering how the sales rep. told me that he was new. He was very calm and collected. I was very impressed!! I returned the next day. There was a different sale rep. there, but his face was very familiar. As I frequent the AT&T store for all of my 4 phone lines issues I had the cord with me in the original box. I started to explain what had happened. His name is Salvador. He instantly became very rude. He told me " ya know when you come into the store to buy something you can pick it out on your own:" I said Yes, I know however, I always ask the sales rep. for help. Usually I get great customer service. He repeated the exact thing to me again. I replied, I could have ordered this cord off of Amazon, saved myself a lot of money. Yet I enjoy coming in here so that I can get customer service. This young man's ID said Manager on it. Really??? I would really like this man's supervisor...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDecided to leave my phone carrier after 15 years. ATT had a triple play deal, and first net deal. I signed up in October and have spent over 12 hours on the phone with them, and multiple trips to this store where I signed up at. Zero help. The lady who signed me up ported my iPad phone number. Not sure why. But thatās where all the problems started. I had no use of my tablet for over a month. ATT decided to add another line to my account to make it work. But they never moved the installment agreement over. So now I have to pay for the iPad in full. Salvador in the store told me that everything was fine on my account in the 4 times I walked in there. Salvador, you were wrong. And since ATT didnāt keep me in triple play, I no longer have it. And canāt get it back. So now I have a huge bill to pay for all the fees and full payment of the iPad. ATT has stated in all my phone calls āthereās nothing we can doā - Iām not sure how a company canāt fix their own mistakes. Iāve never had such terrible customer service. My plan is to pay off the phone and watch and leave. If thereās anything I can say to anyone else - donāt ever go to ATT.
EDIT: I called the store to speak with Salvador. He apologized for how things got handled and said he would talk to his DM to see if they can at least fix the triple play, and he would call me back. Never heard...
