Weird vibes at Jamba Juice this morning. I mobile ordered an açaí bowl first thing because I was craving it. I walk in, let the woman (who seemed to be in charge) know I’m there for a pickup, and instead of just handing over my food — which was literally sitting right in front of her — she immediately starts scolding her coworkers right in front of me for not attaching a receipt to the order. It was super awkward and honestly made me feel bad for the team. I get that there are expectations and maybe things weren’t being done correctly, and sure, it’s normal to be frustrated. But doing all that in front of a customer just felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Like… I’m just here to grab my smoothie bowl, not be used as the example of what they did wrong. It was frustrating, and honestly kind of embarrassing — standing there while she aired everything out like that, with me stuck in the middle of her weird little power trip. Employees aren't aware of promos/bogo cards and dont know how to ring them up.
It took one employee 3 minutes of looking before he/she asked where the bowls were located.
Side doors were locked, even though they state "must remain unlocked during business hours."
All the other Jamba Juices' I've been to, run like a well oiled machine and the employees hustle. Not the case at this location.
With such limited parking it would be nice if the employee's parked elsewhere.

The 3 times I've been in there I've gotten a bad attitude from the girl at the register, none of them look happy, and i highly doubt they enjoy their job. This time I asked for a ginger shot and was first told "we need to check if we have ginger first" then was told "we have ginger but none of us here know how to make it." MANAGEMENT!! You have unhappy, and untrained workers who are clearly unsupervised and from what I see overworked due to understaffing. You are killing your potential. TOO MANY Un's!
