This is for Mr Nick regional manager. If it's true that you are going to give me credit for my washer that never worked properly even though I made a request to get it fixed for a whole month. Paid for the washer and dryer set and other products in advance. The phone agreement is bringing my tv and computer up to date on payment for November 2023. Then ordering me a new washer and dryer set for December 2023 at which time I will make a payment and keep everything. If this works out as planned. I have forgiveness in my heart and will not post in social media and will truly recommend this store or Aaron's rental to my 10 thousand plus flowers. The manager Mr Lad is full of no customer service empathy,he doesn't follow up with his promises and recently turned down my 50 dollars payment two weeks ago and I got a witness by the name of Travis. I get there to make a payment of 50. That would catch my payment up because I am changing jobs. Mr Trace said he spoke with lad and my payment was around 8. 00 for tv, and 15 for computer. The payment arrangements was do December the 21. Then I was paying for the next week ending on the 28 which should bring me current. So the ball lad the manager refused my money. I told him to get this stuff because he's not honoring the approved payments plan and it's listed in my ezpay profile. So he did come on the 21 of December to get the tv and computer. I told him I was going to shop and he was supposed to be at my home around 3 pm on the 21 of December but I didn't see him nor was I going to wait on him. Now he calling me saying I owe him 200. And haven't made a payment in a month. A total lier. I made a payment the week before December 21. Plus Nick had have me credit. I can add Mr lad. My payment should be around 75. 00 and I have that amount right now. No more than a 100. My bill should be. Plus I recommended Holly and she forgot to put my name down. She got a washer and dryer set. Automatically I should be getting 75 off my bill right now but your not honoring the promise of 75.00 off. If I am not mistaking when I was at this location Travis holly brother has Mrs Holly to remind you that I recommended her and she was approved. Really I shouldn't pay you nothing because you didn't accept my payment and I am on camera in your store on the 21 . Mr ball headed lad I don't know how you made store manager. I'm sure you worked hard but it appears certain customer don't get your respect or your best customer service. I begged you for a whole month to come get broken washer that was sold new but was used. You gave me excuse after excuse. We short of help, we are too busy to come out there. The person that normally does in home equipment fixing is out sick. It took me posting to get attention of Nick Regional manager. I will never recommend anyone to this store and really thinking about getting a lawyer because I feel like you are discriminating against me in some type of way because you would not honor payment arrangements. Would not accept my money. I am going to contact better business bureau. Finally I got to work, today is the only day I will be available going out of town hopefully soon. I used to love Arron's but this store is horrible on November 4th I went in for a washer and dryer set. Allison assisted me the first set the dryer was missing nescerrary pieces to work when it was delivered. I had to wait a week for delivery for malfunctioning dryer. She sent me another set and the adjitator is broken and the washer does not spin my clothes. I physically went into the store to show her the video.When I tried to speak to the store manager he blew me off and was more worried about smoking a cigarette than assisting a customer who has already paid for malfunction equipment. Allison had the nerve to tell me that these sets been having a lot of issues. My question is why would u sell me something that you know was having issues. Long story short Allison talked me in to getting another brand and it is December 15 and I'm still paying on a broken set and still having to wash my clothes at the laundry mat. They will not refund my money they won't give me set that is actually functioning and then manager had the never to call me a difficult customer because I want a washer and dryer that works. It is 41 days later and I still have a broken set sitting in my house while I still have to wash clothes at the laundry mat. The store manger is rude and selling broken equipment and then gets nasty when you want to return it as he told me that's not his promblem. I am currently waiting for corporate to Handel this..I been waiting on a replacement set since Allison signed my contract in 12/1/23 Allison called and stated instead of having me come back in sign for the washer and dryer she sign my named. First they didn't have the size mattress I needed so they said they would order it & have it delivered (in 4days) yet i still had to pay upfront. I called the day beforehand to find out that not only did they not know who I was & transferred me to several ppl before finding my info, but they also ordered the wrong size bed! Smh then I requested a refund & he didn't know when I'd receive my refund (not even an estimate) by far the most unprofessional, incompetent ppl ever.
