The customer service is ok. Well first of all I bought the sectional that did not come with an ottaman and im sure one came with it they juat didnt have it, they bring it out ot was making awelful noises when you sit on it the coushions were so flat u could hardly get up off the sofa. So they sent someone out to fix the sofa they had to tighten up the wood and order somemore coushions. The coushions they ordered worked for about 2 weeks and flat again we rarely sit on the soaf. But i have to travel with my job and im not home alot maybe 7 days out of the month and i dont like paying over the phone i have had identity theft happen to me and not taking anymore chances so i always schedule to pay as soon as i get home and i dont see what the problem is because i always go pay . but they said that i should return it because i cant stick to the payment schedule. So thats fine im returning it because its cheap alright cheap product. The same exact sectional and ottaman i can get for $800 and another furniture store brand new and i would have paid almost $1700 WITH them. Im not saying their a bad company their...

Today I made an entire apartment purchase at this location, at the beginning into the end I was provided with the most excellent customer service that I’ve ever experienced at a furniture store, and I’ll admit that I am extremely satisfied with the overall experienced that I’ve received. I provided small detail descriptions of how I’d like my apartment to be decorated, and the professionalism of the staff were highly knowledgeable in that area that they just laid out a detailed platform of exactly what I’d be interested of, and believe me they were 100% correct... It’s just amazing of the intelligence, and speed of service that people do have today 🙂. Today I’m not just a person driving by thinking about stopping, I did stop, now I’m an actual customer, and it’s one of the greatest choice that I’ve ever made. Made an online order an then called the store she had me mixed up with someone else then once that was figured out I Spoke with Stephanie an she said she can't rent to me because I don't have 2 Family references .. I explained to her I was adopted an my adopted parents have passed away an that my adopted family don't have nothing to do with me they don't answer my phone calls they don't even know where I live!
