In a short word.STAlkERS!!! Delivered a dryer that they smashed up going down the steps.Never brought the hose for the steam that goes to dryer.The cord they brought never fit my outlet.I am sure in the end I will pay for that...They need to offer a good deal to buy this out.I will pay them when they offer a good deal and make it right with the damage.They never want to address any of that they just want to come in and take their damaged dryer.They absolutely have hidden fees!They willwhere stop by a billion times a day .I understand where they are coming from,but you can't do that over and over it isn't going to produce reissuessults for them.I have told them theseissues.Sean nearly barged in and my wife was backed into the door.They really wanted in.Not cool! I want to give a huge thank you to Matt at the Sayre store. There was some confusion, more than likely on my end (lol), and Matt really went above and beyond to explain things to me and assist me in leasing an item that I would have had to wait longer for. I'm a long time leasing customer. The Sayre, PA store is my local store. They are always helpful and when I've had to wait for an item to be delivered to the store, they are great about keeping me informed of the situation. I would also like to give a positive feedback for the delivery crew. During delivery they are mindful of my personal property and are always polite. I've leased around 6 items from this location. Theres a reason they keep getting my repeat business. Top notch...
