My wife and I were treated like family from the first call I made. Very upfront and worked to get us in the right vehicle for the right price. Bryan loeffler our salesman aswell as sales manager and finance manager were 10 out 10 and I never give perfect scores.

This is my new babe.. after a week of using the AC stopped working, my wife brought it back and as we live far away they gave her a wonderful hybrid car to use while ours to be repaired. Good and welcome dealership.✌👍

Updating from a 2019 post. This new post is from March 2024.

I have a 2006 Sequoia, now with 202,000 miles. We’re going to do more extensive towing with it this summer and I recently looked to trade it on a newer Sequoia with less miles. I pretty much found out that the only real value it has for any dealer is in its auction price, and it is cheaper for me to maintain it than to replace it. So, I try to keep it up to date on maintenance. It was time to drain and fill the transmission and I called three Toyota dealers to get a cost. One dealer is about 8 miles from me, Williams is about 70 miles, and the 3rd dealer is in between those 2. Williams had the lowest price. I’ve had the Sequoia and two Subarus to Williams maybe seven total times, for routine maintenance and one recall. They always treated me pretty good. Because I had good experiences with them and because they have great prices, I scheduled it to go there and drove the 70 miles from my house to their shop.

When they did the transmission service, they recommended some additional work. With this unexpected cost brought to my attention, I wanted to check out prices at other places and I wanted to go see one other newer Sequoia before I did anything. I ultimately found out that going back to Williams was cheaper, and better, than my other options. I called to schedule the recommended suspension service and went ahead and scheduled for a timing belt and water pump.

Shortly after I called them, I went outside to do some work and found out that my transmission was leaking fluid into my driveway. This was only the second day after the transmission service at Williams, and my Sequoia has never leaked any fluids before, so I guessed this had to be related to the recent service there. I called and spoke with the service department.

Honestly, I didn’t expect a whole lot from them given the overall auction value of this thing. But I have to say their response was overwhelmingly positive. You really would have thought I was a life-long customer who had just purchased one of those new $100,000 tricked out TRD pro, twin-turbo, hybrid Sequoias. By the end of the day and with just a few back and forth calls, they had arranged to come get my Sequoia and drop off a loaner for me (remember, I live 70 miles from them). Once they got the Sequoia to their shop, they found the issue that led to the leaking transmission and corrected it at no additional cost to me.

They told me that the transmission had lost about ½ quart of fluid during my drives with it but that it seemed to be working as it should. I decided to go ahead with the suspension work for safety reasons, but to hold off on the timing belt and water pump until I could tow once or twice and be sure the transmission seemed fine. They totally understood and called me when the suspension work was done. I drove up, switched out their loaner, and drove my Sequoia home.

The response and attention this all got from Joe and Cassidy at Williams Toyota is pretty much more than the best I could have hoped for. There was no pressure, no anger, no blaming, no deflecting, and they were eager to find out what happened and how to avoid it in the future. They made all the arrangements to get my car to them and their loaner to me (they even offered me a choice of loaners). They kept me informed of what they were finding as the process unfolded and offered me as much time as I needed to think the decisions through on my own.

In all my experiences with Williams Toyota and Williams Subaru, I’ve come to see their service as top notch. And even the one time it wasn’t top-notch the first time, they went beyond top-notch to get the matter resolved. I’ll definitely...

Bought a used vehicle. It had keyed lug nuts on the wheels but no key. They never contacted me when the new ones arrived for my car. They played "hot potato" between the KIA and TOYOTA dealerships. And finallyy salesmen ended up with them claimin he "contacted me." He said a women answered and told the women that he currently had my new set of keyed lug nuts and even mentioned that he may have the wrong number. I'm not a women. And clearly he had to of known he had the wrong number. He had my number from purchasing the vehicle and was texting me all the details about it from his personal phone. Don't they keep files!? Then he said he emailed me. Buddy, nobody used email anymore, if you thought that would habe gotten my attention, why did you call attempt to call?! He kept going on and on about how I could come pick the new set up when I wanted. What good does that do? I don't have the key to take the existing ones off. That's why my salesmen had them. His response was "there's a key to the new set". Okay. And? What about the old set? Is the key universal? He said "the new set is to the same vehicle." Okay.I get they will fit my car. But does the new key fit my old lug nuts to take off of my car. Then he proceeded to tell me that we should try using a nicer tone to resolve the issue. EXCUSE ME!? Who do you think you are. The kia dealer said to make an appointment with the toyota dealer. Why would the kia dealer send my new set to the toyota dealer if they were going to out the new set on themselves!?. I swear he was high on something. Did I mention he added me on facebook? Unprofessional. He also added a photo of me on his work facebook. Didn't even ask if he could. He only asked to take the picture. Rude. Rude. Rude. Then he told me he would contact kia and have them contact me. So I said thanks and hung up. Might as well Fight fire with fire. He even told me he knows nothing about cars. He was highered because he has good people skills... BAHAHAHA!. Okay, so you sold those too? I will not be made to be an idiot. Especially when I should be getting 5 star service, especially when I buy that gas from williams dandy mini marts aswell. Good thing they are putting in a sheetz. I called and complained an hour later after finishing work, and the sales manager offered to swap vehicles since we live in the same town, and he would take my car to work with him and bring it back after work. What kind of company is this? Thanks for the offer, but no? I'm not letting someone else drive my vehicle... it's not there's so I don't expect them to take care of it. That's just...

I went to Williams’s auto because they offered a good car at a good price for my daughter. My experience with the dealing was not so good. I had to travel almost a hour to get there, so I call to confirm the car I was interested in was still available. I was told the car was available, so I asked if they could hold it till I got just so I didn’t travel the distance to get there and the car be sold. I was told they can’t, ok I understand. When we got there the car was setting off to the side with a sold sign tag on the mirror, ok. We went inside to see the salesman I talked with on the phone and asked about the sold sign, the reply was, the car is sold but is not, someone else want the car and was coming back but didn’t put money down on it so it was still available. So in other words they kind of held it but I was told they don’t do that. We test drove it and my daughter loved it so we went inside to talk numbers. We decided on a payment she was comfortable with. This being the first loan for her I knew that I would need to be a co-signer. They ran a credit check, and told me it might be difficult because of my daughter’s low credit score. A credit application was submitted to the banks, while we where waiting we were told the other people looking at the car was on the way there to buy it. I wanted to leave and go to my bank but was told if we left they couldn’t hold the car for us. Later on they came back, our loan was approved. A that time I knew I must contact my auto insurance. While on the phone with my ins co they came back with some other information to tell us, telling my daughter, I had no clue what they said. The ins co needed to fax information I need , while waiting for that they came to me and said, the other people are here and we must decide right then and there if we wanted the car if not they are selling to the other people. So we committed to the sale. Finally after about 3 hours our paper work was finished, we just wanted to get it done and go home so we signed the papers that were handed to us. The next day after I had a chance to look over the paper work I noticed they added in a vehicle service agreement for a fee of $1390, to my knowledge I was never offered it they just added it. So in a nut shell if you go to William’s auto group to buy a car, make sure you see all the numbers, read everything before you sign, and make sure everything is explained...
