This was a secret gift. All I could do was cry. I had always wanted a Bill McDonald painting but could not afford one. When I called I thought it was fake, they ask me what I wanted on it, I did not understand they said it is a print of a vintage truck. I knew then it was true. They explained I could have anything put on tailgate. I gave them our late son's name DOB & DOD. I was notified it was ready for pickup. I went to get it. Had to hurry due to husband is sick, then I saw the painting and broke down in the store. I truly learned God I'd right on time. Thank all that was involved. I brought in two items to be framed in October of 2024. I never received an update on my items so I called them in December and they said the materials needed were on backorder. They let me know that Timberly would give me a call with any updates. She never called me, even once, within the eight months that my items were there. I stopped in yesterday and a worker informed me that they had just received the materials that had been on backorder and that it would be done "sometime" next week. At this point I decided that I will not be going with Fullers and was concerned my items might even be lost.
