My mother bought a lift chair for herself and a recliner for her husband . They have shopped furniture from this store for 34 years and she's pretty upset! Her lift chairs footrest was messed up so they brought her a new chair. Very good. Then she noticed in the headrest it was coming apart at the seams . She called them and they said well we can't keep swapping out chairs. They will send someone out to sew it up . Very good . BULL! SHE BOUGHT A NEW CHAIR! She's really disappointed. She deserves a New chair not a patched up one! Then they tell her the chair had been dicontinued. WELL NO WONDER!
