We built a new home and I thought we had to go with the big store for our finished basement vinyl floor. I won't mention the name of that place because if I don't have anything nice to say about something, I'm sure we all know the rest of that saying. Well that turned out to be a disaster in so many ways. We ended up canceling the job and going with Madison. For the same money, or maybe even a little less, we got the hometown store customer service only a family business can provide. Heath knows the products and knew what we needed before we did. They got their own installers out within a week of ordering and did a great Job putting in our floor. A couple months latter we needed some carpet for the house we're selling and went right to Madison this time. They have shown us that they are knowledgeable, friendly and highly skilled at what they do. And they do it for a good price as well.
