THE REVIEWS ARE LIES! I had my child here while they started asking parent to write a good review for them. This place is DIRTY and almost everyone that works there is unprofessional. I have seen teachers put their hands on students and talk down to them on multiple occasions. The kids have no privacy when they go to the bathroom so when ANY PERSON walks into that class they can see your cild indisposed. Multiple times I've had to address them letting boys and girls in the bathroom together walking around with their pants down for any and everyone to see. Management allows teachers to be out of ratio. The sign saying they are GA lottery funded is a LIE because they don't have a certified Pre-K teacher. Kids of different ages in the same room so older kids bully the younger ones. I've heard a teacher tell the kids they're annoying. The kids cuss and fight and the teachers have horrible conflict resolution skills. A couple times I have been told that my child got hit and the teacher told me they hit the student back or told my child to hit them back, neither of which I condone. Right before we left they kept closing the daycare because teachers were calling out so they would allow parents to get all the way up to the school just to turn them around when they could have sent emails or called first. To start by saying something positive: my son did love his teacher Ms. Shay. Yet with the high turnover rate at this daycare I highly doubt she’s still there. Every week, it was always something going on to where we couldn’t bring our kids. It was either a water pipe bust, a teacher not showing up, staff shortage, etc. It was just always something and the worst part is that you usually wouldn’t find out until you got there and they would tell you then that you can’t bring your child. WTH? They use Procare but they really don’t, no real updates or pics on how your child is doing, you always gotta ask everyday. Not as clean as I would like it but it’s not just dirty either. My son’s new care is absolutely clean. Which made me realize this daycare was never really clean. I can go on and on. This is a place you put your child in for a month or so while you are in transition. It’s not the best but it ain’t bad either, they just need to get their management together, their staff situation under control, and notify parents more thoroughly. Good...

This daycare is amazing! I am a very high-stressed, overprotective mother. I did not think that I could have the level of comfort with anyone watching my LO (she is in toddler room, age 21 months) that I have with them. The facility is safe and always clean, the kids all seem happy and attached to the teachers. They communicate great, I especially appreciate the midday and end of day reports. Every woman that I've had the pleasure of speaking with so far has seemed attentive, professional and well-suited for her job.
