Okay so I never do reviews but unfortunately this place was so bad that I felt the need to. Let’s start with the fact that they were rude and honestly didnt seem to care if they had my business or not. I told them what I wanted a pedicure so they proceeded to have me have a seat where they had the water so hot it literally turned my feet blood red the moment I put my feet in. Needless to say I took them out immediately and the lady proceeded to tell me to wait five to ten minutes and then it would be cool I could my feet in then. Seriously! Apparently cold water is not in their plumbing! From there it only got worse the lady flew through the 45 min pedicure I paid for and cut my toes all up as well scalded me again while spraying the scrub off my legs... which by the way lastest maybe a minute and half for the whole process. She proceeded to paint my toes at this point which then meant that when it was time massage she was unable to doing anything besides my calf and heel and of course mess the toes up numerous times in the process. At this point I’ve been in the chair for over an hour and half.. had my toes all kinds of abused... they burn and are bleeding in spots. Apparently the 45 min pedicure is that long due to the pain and repainting you will receive. I have been getting pedicures for over 25 years and never have I had this bad of an experience.This place was recommended to me by a couple of people and my hope was to find a new place that was closer to work. But there is no way I would come back! Please think twice unless you are looking for a super painful pedicure then by all means please...

Joanne has horrible customer service. I went to get my eyebrows waxed/threaded (a simple clean up), and she took the whole end off of my right eyebrow, then had no accountability or resolution. When she completed the service, she held the mirror up for 5 seconds, then put it down and walked away expecting me to be satisfied. I took a closer look in the mirror on the wall, and saw part of my eyebrow was missing. I went to the front to show her, and she tried to say that there was nothing wrong with my eyebrows, but that she would fix them to look the same. I told her she is NOT removing the end of my other eyebrow, just to make it look even. Then she went on to gaslight me, first saying it looked like that because my eyebrows are thin, and when I told her that’s not true, she changed it to, it’s because my eyebrows are curly. At this point, I was so frustrated and upset that I just wanted to pay and leave. As I’m crying over the fact that the end of my eyebrow is missing, Joanne had the audacity to start laughing in my face!! She did not offer an apology, she did not offer a discount, all she did was try to gaslight me and laugh at me while I was visibly upset and crying. She has no accountability for her mistake and no empathy for the clients she is servicing. 0/10 customer service. I attached the picture of what Joanne did vs. what my eyebrow normally looks like...

I have been coming to Ocean Nails for 5+ years and have been pleased. I started getting my eyebrows, pedicure and a manicure done, but I stopped getting a manicure and pedicure because I was always disappointed with the work. I will say, they always do a wonderful job on my eyebrows!

I have just recently started back getting my pedicure and nails done and once again, I am disappointed with the service. I came to the salon around 5:30-5:45. I did not know the salon closed at seven, and (I assume) everyone was ready to go, because I was given a rushed service!

My tips could have been filed a bit more, the polish was not covering the full nail, and the polish that was used on my manicure did not match, and was a bit clumpy. Although the technicians were very kind, I WAS NOT PLEASED! Finally, I was told to pay in advance because everyone was closing up and getting ready to go home! I paid with my card and he cashed me out!

I told him I wanted to leave a tip, (not knowing I was not going to approve of the service ) so he had to run my card a second time for the tip and ADDED a fee because he did not add the tip the first time before cashing me out! I am highly...
