I liked Dr. Ploska. He was great. But the billing / staff in the Stockbridge office leave a lot to be desired. Initially when I saw Dr. Ploska in Griffin they made me get a set of X-Rays (I came in with CT results already so they KNEW what the problem was). I didn't think anything of it back then as they had a reason for wanting X-rays too. Fast forward a few months and I had to get an MRI. I went back in for the results of the MRI and while I'm waiting in the room for a different Dr. (b/c they scheduled me with someone else b/c I'm guessing Dr. Ploska is booked out) to come in and read the results I have a nurse come in and tell me they're hear to get me X-rayed. I'm confused b/c nobody has mentioned that. They finally explain and tell me that the initial set of X-rays I had taken were a mistake b/c they had me standing straight up when based on my problem (which they knew back then b/c I already had a CT of it) they should have put me in "Flexion" pose instead. So I get a new bill for the X-rays and I dispute that b/c if they took the wrong kind KNOWING what my problem was then that's not on me. That's on them. The billing lady says she'll check and they cover their butts by coming up with an excuse that because of the MRI they wanted this...sorry...but your nurse already told the truth AND the staff already knew what my problem was from the CT. The MRI was just confirm how pinched some nerves were not to see what the problem was. So I can't trust the staff / nurses there now b/c they lied to cover their butts over this.
Dr. Ploska was great. I had no problems with him. I didn't really have much of a problem with the doctor I saw to read the results either. It's just the staff and the lies and getting essentially double billed b/c of their mistake. That's what I...

The reception desk experience alone sets the tone—friendly, professional, and overwhelmingly welcoming. Each member of the team exudes kindness and a genuine willingness to assist, creating an environment that immediately puts you at ease.
The level of care I received from Desiree Riley, NP-C was truly exceptional. She embodies the qualities you hope for in a healthcare provider: warmth, compassion, professionalism, and expertise. Ms. Riley took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, thoroughly examined my condition, and provided detailed, professional explanations following my X-rays. Her friendly demeanor and ability to ensure I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment plan were remarkable. It’s clear she is deeply knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients.
One of the standout aspects of ROSI is their efficiency. The waiting time is impressively short—I never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. This level of timeliness is a rare and much-appreciated quality in today’s medical offices.
From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was flawless. Each team member went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed, cared for, and valued. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness were consistent throughout my visit.
I highly recommend Regenerative Orthopaedics and Spine Institute to anyone seeking top-tier care. This team sets the standard for medical professionalism and patient-centered service. If I could give ROSI a rating, it would undoubtedly be a perfect ten!. I look forward to continuing my treatment here with complete confidence...
Read moreBased on a dear friend’s recommendation I’ve had two appointments with Dr. Lisa Sims. The first be went well until about midway, when, I’m assuming is a male nurse, comes in and asks me about my hands. Then goes on to try to sell me on wrist braces. I tell him I don’t think I need those I’ve been wearing a few of those and showed him the picture I had taken of them that I had in case I needed to show Dr. Sims. He says they look similar but not exactly the same and that these are better. I asked how much are they. He names the price I say , no I’m good. He leaves then comes back awhile later. Says he will knock the price of those braces down to $15 each and I would ONLY have to pay $30. So with some hesitation, I agree thinking I would only pay $30. He leaves and Dr. Sims comes back in and we continue on with our appointment. I go to leave after my appointment and check out, the guy shows up with the braces and tells the receptionist “no he only has to pay $30 for these.” I pay the $30 and leave. FWD a few months later I get a bill saying I have to pay $* for two braces that didn’t even help my carpal tunnel one bit! I am throughly disappointed that I was MISLED about this!! Why was I given a bill when you said I only had to pay $30? I could easily gotten braces like this from Amazon for way less! I did not even get an accommodation for work because my carpal tunnel is so bad! I need to work!! It’s almost like they need me to have the surgery. I don’t have a mild case of C.T. so what the heck? I went here for help and did not get it. I work in a kitchen. I know a bunch of chefs, dishwashers, servers who are having problems with their hands as well and would never recommend this place to anyone! Go...
