Make sure you read the bad reviews on this place and NEVER COME HERE!! It’s currently 3pm and when they saw me walking to the entrance they ran to lock the door so I wouldn’t come in. After a bit an older lady came out and told me they are closed. How are they closed at 3pm??? With all the workers and a few customers in there??? So I’m asking her how because I literally called them a few days ago confirming time and trying to make an appointment and they specifically told me they don’t do appointments and to just walk in. She then pointed to the sky, basically saying because it’s raining. What does that have to do with me? She told me to come tomorrow. Why would I ever do that? Especially after what they just did. I was coming all the way from buckhead and used an Uber. So a $100 ride coming and going to be turned at the door. Then I couldn’t get an Uber fast enough to take me home on top of that. If you want to be treated like dirt from people with 0 customer service, who shouldn’t even own let alone run a business...

I visited this salon for a wash, and unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. The person who washed my hair was very heavy-handed and rough throughout the process. She used a skinny comb on my 3C textured hair, which led to a significant amount of breakage and shedding.

This was my first visit, and the overall service was disappointing. While she worked on my hair, she made comments in Spanish that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. This was the elderly lady. The lady with the baby blew out my hair she was nice and my hair felt good she even massaged my head which I loved. But the wash was traumatic.

I would not return, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone with textured or curly hair. It may be better suited for those with straighter or...

My hair is very natural I got my hair done two weeks ago from 03/11/21 my hair still straight want get back Nappy ... I have washed my hair three times still straight they have damaged my hair ....they have put chemicals in my hair i ask for a wash and press ....when I washed my hair I Realize my hair wouldn’t get back nappy i can smell the Chemicals in my hair ....it will not get nappy.... when I put water on it my hair pose to shrink smh know telling how many people they have done this way ...some in the Condition I got a deep conditioning my hair is damaged and straight some of my hair is real loose and some isn’t it real straight in the back anyway I called after I wash my hair they don’t know what going on my hair is damaged and some gone be...
