Cafe Buffalo Wing — Restaurant in Atlanta

Absolutely horrible! They are more focused on having their doors closed exactly at 940 rather than rendering proper customer service. We ordered 100 wings about 1.5 hrs before closing. When we called in the order, they tried to say everything they could to make us say "nevermind" and forego placing the order.

We got there to pick up the order and noticed that they actually unplug their phone from the telephone jack well before closing time so that people cannot call. So if you tried calling and cannot get through, this is why. This is piss poor customer service and they should know better! Now to the meat and potatoes of this review...

The wings were putrid and gross! They were rubbery and were not cooked thoroughly. There were several wings that were still bloody because they rushed the food and was more focused on closing and being outta there right at 940. Now this isnt beef, its chicken, and poultry is never okay to be eaten undercooked due to the foodborne illnesses that could come with it (salmonella). This is an honest review and I am highly disappointed in this establishment. Furthermore, they have a big sign posted that says no refunds! Even further, they make you spend at least 5.00 dollars before you can use a debit card to purchase your item(s). (This is highly illegal) Companies do this so that they aren't paying the visa or mastercard fee on transactions that arent worth it...ILLEGAL!

This establishment is run by Asians (like most wing spots), but they hire some of the most ghetto, and unprofessional workers. It makes no sense. These women at the counter are horrible at customer service.

I ordered over the phone a 30 piece with 2 family fries and a 10 piece combo. I asked for the 10 piece all flat and they said they can't do it because it is pre-weighed. I asked if they could give me the flats out of my 30 piece and they said NO!!! When I get to the restaurant I see the young lady say something to the owner and when my food came out I simpy asked if they could take 6 flat of the 30 wings and make it the flavor I needed. The owner simply took all the food and said NO and wasted the food. CLEARLY CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T A PRIORITY. I guess the owner have made enough money to through a $45.00 order away. I was EXTREMELY shocked given I eat there often, but that was my last day ever ordering from there. IT'S ALL ABOUT...

These were absolutely some of the smallest "wings" I have ever received. I'm convinced they must be frying baby chickens, because the wings I was given today were less than half the size of the wings you get everywhere else. There are better wing places in the area, where you can get wings that came from full grown chickens. Do yourself a favor and don't come here, unless you want an order of struggle wings. Oh, and to make things worse, they still won't allow you to sit down and eat those midget wings they're serving. Maybe they don't want people to see your food, because they might not order after seeing how tiny...
