This place is very unprofessional. I left in the process of ordering just now for multiple reasons. When my child and I first walked in one of the employees immediately asked if we knew what we wanted because they were closing. You close at 10 and it wasn't even 9:30 yet so no you aren't closing. The second lately had the worst attitude and was rushing my child as she was ordering her food. She caught an attitude because we said we wanted them toasted and well of course the toaster is off. You don't get to shut down half an hour early. It takes two seconds to turn the machine back on. I manage an actual restaurant and I know that this is not how it's supposed to be done. I ordered a sandwhich through their mobile application and waited the requisite 20 minutes to pick up. Once I arrived at the store I waited for 10 minutes while the two associates in the store finished making the sandwiches of the customers they were already serving only to find out they had received the order but their policy was not to make the sandwiches until the person presented in the store with proof of payment source. Once I spoke with the owner Ms. Coleman, she stated there is no record of me spending $100 there and there was nothing she can do. This sub-par restaurant is giving people fake money and lying about it. This is illegal and should be addressed, they are stealing from people and messing them over.
