Patrick and his team were not only technically and tactically proficient, they demonstrated care and a true understanding of the difficulties associated with being displaced after a natural disaster. From start to finish we felt like this was a partnership and experienced what excellence in execution looks like.

Patrick personally went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of. A specific example: we knew snow was coming that would have likely collapsed the tarping on our roof and caused additional interior water damage and Patrick, without being asked, proactively mobilized his team to build a temporary structure over the collapsed roof that would be capable of bearing the weight of the snow.
