The black lady.. is rude as hell. Not sure how she has a job in customer service. I'd asked if a set came in a different color and instead of just advising yes or no... She basically pointed at a sign and was like, if you read this.. you can tell.. Mind you, the set I was looking at didn't have the highlighed part for color...

I advised her, that the only thing shoppers look at is the price tag, and not so much of the small fine print... On top of that she could've just said yes or no... or even showed me around the store, but she didn't.

She dropped the ball with me! I had cash on hand to purchase a 3K living room set. I managed a furniture store and knows what it takes to make a sale... That Lady is running Ivan Smith into the ground.. I paid for a few items in cash, to show her, that I wasn't broke. I pulled out the money and her Jaw Dropped...

We had a great salesman the day we shopped at Ivan Smith Furniture in Atlanta, Tx. Our salesman was Jesus Cortez. He was very knowledgable and helpful in picking out a new mattress. He spent a long time with us showing us different types. I never knew there were so many things to consider when purchasing a mattress. We were looking to replace one in our guest bedroom. With his help, I think we already know which one we want for the Master bedroom when it needs replaced. I would definitely suggest asking for Jesus if you need a matress!!! Very nice young man!!! We will definitely be returning to hopefully deal...

Jamie was an amazing help at getting our headboard, footboard and nightstand. We have a baby due in 2 weeks, and in the process of moving into a new manufactured home, are really struggling to get things done in time for her arrival. They just so happened to be getting all our furniture we wanted in the next day which was PERFECT! John was also very sweet and helpful with loading our purchases. He was extremely polite and made our experience that much better. I recommend them to anyone looking for good quality furniture and good...
