I brought in my form 924 for ag exemption and the manager and cashier didn't know what it was (despite claiming that she had the exemption too, which is kind of sad).
At one point, both the Manager and the Cashier were forcefully yelling at me because the Manager couldn't be bothered to save the form and give it to her higher ups. After I left, I saw the Cashier laughing with the Manager. This wasn't just rude. It was unprofessional and ignorant. Why would I ever want to do business with you now?
She could not effectively describe Tractor Supply policies surrounding this state form for ag exemptions (how is she a manager at a feed store...?), or the actual process for submitting this form; and claimed they won't accept the form (but that they still give the exemption, which would be illegal).
Also... They changed their rabbit feed brands. The manager was insistent that she has worked there for years and they've never sold Purina. I bought a bag of it from them last week. I still have the bag. Same color bag, but it is a completely different brand that I've never used and don't have any experience with.
Wrong on all counts.
I will be finding a better feed store and will only use this one when I have no other option going forward.
UPDATE: remember how the manager pretended they never sold Purina Rabbit feed (when they had been selling it for years, and then quietly replaced it with Nutrina which has the same color packaging)? It turns out that Nutrina feed is KILLING RABBITS. I don't trust you all any further than I could...
