Itâs hard to imagine the amount of stress and work that goes into a days work at most any fast food establishment. I worked at one as a younger girl and was oblivious or just didnât notice being young and resilient.... able to witness the team at work recently I came away with a thought. Watching a customer literally rip into a front line employee I have no choice but to comment. Should U ever order and eat a meal from the Atlanta Pizza Hut branch I would hope as u enjoy it you are able to know itâs made fresh and delicious and is served hot not only due to only top grade ingredients and not only the training the corporation gives each individual team member but also because the employees of this store recognize you could choose anywhere in Atlanta to eat...but you trusted them. The team of employees at ur Atlanta store care about what they put into each pizza ordered. The attention to detail put forth in just making one pizza is evident. Each order they send out is made just like one they would make if it was for themselves or their family. The team work and effort put into making things happen as quickly as possible and the effort put into getting ur order to u just as u ordered it, hot and delicious and with any extras you asked for added... no short cuts taken is evident in the taste u will find in your food. It takes a lot to keep things readily available when product is fresh and made from scratch. Occasionally anywhere that food is made from scratch u will hear the unsettling news that they have ran out of something for that day. If they run any product at a discounted price, u can almost bet u may find they run out of that item at some point before the store closes on any given night. Not to disappoint u. But because they want to keep it real. They still offer it only made to order only made fresh and fresh can run out. Pizza Hit has an amazing melt cheese stuffed crust pizza. It is the only stuffed crust pizza I know of in town. Im new to Atlanta but this is super amazing crust being only available at Pizza Hut is maybe not a big secret. And if you call for one several times and find the same result maybe there needs to be some better planning on you, the customers part? Several failed attempts tends to make me think of a better way I can make something happen. Truth be told, I tend to get quite crafty. So their Numerous nights of being out of stock is not for lack of planning. Often times if something goes on sale and itâs âthat goodâ u may find ur not the only person in Atlanta that loves stuffed crust pizza. Fresh daily isnât just a term...itâs a description. Itâs how they deliver the taste of fresh to you. U may want to plan to order a bit earlier and step ur game up some. If u know something is that good u may want to work a little harder to make it happen. They do take future orders where u can tell em u ainât missing out tonight so u are calling In at 5pm for a dinner pick up at 8pm. The Pizza Hut crew ur town has will make it happen for u. Atlanta is kinda a small town. There isnât a whole lot of variety in food selection that holds true to offering fresh made goodness. Take it easy on someone when ordering and if u miss the supply tonight....good news folks...ur Pizza Hut is open and serving you all 7 days a week. I, as a parent, have to add that there are times I watch the way adults handle themselves, in a public forum and in front of others people and all I can say as my children witness certain events or people as they happen is âthat right there is sum southern crazy. That right there is why I always preach to u about the golden rule and having manners and being nice.â Some people oughta have to go to bed without dinner....
Read moreIF YOU LIKE PIZZA HUT, TRUST ME, YOU WILL NOT LIKE THIS ONE I hate to start off this way, but it's so so true! The manager Morgan tried to fix the horrible pizza, but we just couldn't bring ourselves into having another pizza from this place. The mobile app was down so we spent $41.60 on an "Any Pizza" which is NOT an any pizza as they charge you $5 for having more than 5 toppings EVEN IF ITS HALF TOPPINGS. Anyway, 1 Pizza, 6 wings and 4 20 oz sodas. We requested a refund, instead of them remaking this order and was ignored by the Area Manager, David from Marshall Texas. Honestly, who in their right mind wants to let ANYONE remake an order after you have complained?? Not nowadays with people spitting in food and such. Not saying they would, just saying we trusted them once, and they failed. We got NO CREDIT or pizza points because like I said their computers were down. This is an awful pizza place. Don't give them...
Read morethe service there sucked. everyone was behind the counter talking about eyebrows and looked over at my table and still took them 10 minuets just to take our order. then the messed up on the order and had to redo it. they gave attitude just because we wanted something done a certain way and they didn't want to. so I think it was a manager came over after the server asked her to and told us they won't do something a certain way without calling the new manager out of dallas. we told them go agead. we sat there for over an hour just waiting for them to get the pizza right. what's really sad is the pizza maker is the only one who came out and let us know what was going on.. LET'S JUST SAY WE'RE NOT GOING BACK THERE. And they threw a fit over the fact that we wanted pizza cut in squares.. it's...
