Verizon — Local services in Atlanta

Store has posted hours of 12:00pm - 5:00pm for Sunday. I am a Truck Driver an needed to make a cash payment to my account and Verizon Wireless told me I could make my payment here. Parked at the Walmart behind store and walked to store. Knocked on door several times. Stood in front of store from 1200-1300 could see the blonde lady she totally ignored me. She even turned out the lights. I strongly recommend that you not do business with this AUTHORIZED RETAILER, THIS IS NOT A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE!!!! UPDATE!!! After filing a complaint against this retailer Verizon has agreed to forward this complaint to Verizon corporate headquarters due to the employees profiling me outside the store because I did not drive up in a vehicle but walked up to the front of the store and said that waiting for it to open. The Verizon representative feels and believes that the employee of the Retailer racially profiled me therefore a complaint was filed with Verizon Corporation. If the decision is found in Verizon signs got retailers employees didn't stock racially profile me I will be filing a charge with the FCC the house that retailers license revoked...

Newest update: Issue is still not resolved. if you look close you will notice the newest update favors the old update. The only thing different is I got a text saying they were working on it, that was on September 14th and today is the 25th. Again, I wish it would let me pick ZERO STARS

I was offered a promotion to buy a phone and the promotion was supposed to be applied within two billing cycles. Cutting the cost of the phone down drastically. When it wasn’t applied and the full price of the phone is still on my bill, I went and spoke with them and they were supposed to get back with me on Monday. (Costumer service was nice) but that only goes so far when issues are not fixed. I’m patient, so Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, nothing. So here we are. I was an employee here after working for a different Verizon company before this. I was just wrongfully terminated without notice or the manager saying anything to me due to medical issues I was having. I have seen a lot of reviews on here about the current manager and I am sad to say they are all true. Do not use this store. Do not shop here. It’s ridiculous how customers are treated as well. To any past, present, or future customers, I deeply apologize for how you were treated, how you are being treated, and how you will be treated.
